I had an appointment scheduled for 2.45pm Saturday 9/2/23 … I arrived before 3pm but the doors were already locked preventing anyone from entering. This has lost them a returning customer as I will not be coming back.

Employees are wonderful, very nice and willing to listen/help with anything. Wait time can be long at times (through no fault of employees) just because of high number of people there at one time. Overall, great place to donate for a little extra spending money.

I’ve been donating here for almost 3 years. Kayla and the Vitals team are great, they are quick to process you through, answer any questions you have and they are fun to chat with! The Express kiosk has made things so much smoother. The team on the donor floor is also amazing. I love that I’m helping other people and the compensation is a nice bonus!
