So I tried this place, they stuck me then proceeded to dig around in my arm when I no flowed then did the same on other arm leaving me with golf ball bruises on each arm, on top of that the only piece of mail I had was a bank statement as proof of address which is required so not sure it was them but no coincidence my bank account was hacked that afternoon, stupid of me to use a statement but shame on them for using it to steal. I’m editing my initial review, they stuck my dude twice. No flow despite blood return, initially told no payment but he spoke with a manager and since he was new they gave him courtesy payment with fair warning no flow next time will be no payment

I made my first KEDPLASMA Donation about an hour ago and my experience was really nice. The folks are nice and the equipment is new or like new. It didn’t take long and the money was put on my Card in under 30 minutes. I have donated about 100 times with every other local plasma donation center within about 25 miles of this one and this was the best overall experience I have had so far. I did have a minor problem where the bandage started to leak but when I walked back in the door they got me fixed right up and everything was good. The place is underrated and a lot of people don’t know about it. I’ll be going back.

The manager was rude, got offended when I asked my husband why he had to get re-stuck. I myself am a medical professional and am ashamed at how rude she was. I hope noone else has to experience this. Everyone else was super friendly and quick.

This place is a joke…donated twice and on the third donation I was told I can’t donate anymore because they assumed I was in a gang because I had a tattoo that they said is gang related…then I was told I can possibly donate later in the future if I (cover it up)or grow my hair out…jst because I have tattoos on my head doesn’t mean I’m gang related….both managers were rude and were trying to imbaress me in front of other donors and jst because I wanted an official explanation they felt I was trying to be a problem and told me to call corporate if wanted too..had two relatives call up there and both were hung up on….half of there staff is LGBTQ and are all proud of it and sporting there rainbow colors on there masks but want to discriminate against me….think twice before u go and if u have a tattoo that’s visible make sure u tell them your gay or els they won’t let u donate…
