This place is nice and clean some of the staff is nice, nice except for the fact that they gypped me three times on my money on my payments and never gave it back to me. The first couple times I was there to get my payment, and then they turned around and never gave me my money. I was supposed to get $100 for a referral bonus that I haven’t received yet for my son and he’s donated more than three times and they didn’t give it to me and then they short changed me $10 out of my money when I was supposed of gotten 70 they only gave me 60. They also didn’t pay my son $100 for the first eight donations that he was supposed to be there and then they tried to do the same thing with me. There’s no TVs in there and no type of drinks being offered no type of snacks, being offered like at other centers.

I cant even make an appointment on their website. I am a new donor and I have been referred to this place and the first time I try to set up an appointment and it doesn’t work. I get to the time page where I pick a date and time and nothing happens. I click on a date and nothing. I refreshed the page and nothing. I closed it out and started again and nothing. Not off to a good start.

The wait time may be long but the ppl there are so sweet u get yo sit down etc. it’s nothing compared to Csl where u have to stand for hours listen to rude staff ALL THE TIME and get paid barely anything. B positive pays me so much more then Csl, and their more comfortable then them it’s a new site ppl need to relax and to be honest alot of those one star ppl are crack heads who get turned away. The place tells u how long the wait time BEFORE you donate as well as tells you the risk of donating like bruising. I’ve never met such Whiny ppl before. Like they pay MORE get over it

Nice and clean environment. I would have given them more stars. The workers there were so nice. It’s so quiet and boring though in there. No music playing not even elevator music playing No TV’s. No news board. I know the employees are bored in there. Other than that it’s great place. The hours are kinda short. I understand because the safety of the workers. But please need to add music or TV’s. Maybe both or something. Ladies keep doing you thing in there. Stand strong
