Disappointed that the staff decided to waste my double red blood cell appt. today on whole blood because they were too busy to gossip about the latest celeb news instead of checking to see what appt. I was scheduled for….and not to mention never in my life of donating blood or plasma have I ever had a tech not hold pressure on my arm when removing the needle and allowing blood to run down my arm without even offering to clean it up. Sure, I’ll do your job for you. Duluth MBC – DO BETTER! I’ve heard of a lot of incompetency from other donors about you guys lately.

I’ve given blood here a few times, and even during the pandemic I feel safe there. It’s not packed, everyone keeps their distance, the staff are clean and careful at their work. It’s always reassuringly sanitary, and I like that you can answer the pre-donation questions online before donating (even though I never remember to) so you can just get that done before you go.
