I’m only giving 2 stars for the main lady who take vitals and Chris who usually works the floor. Other then that. This place needs new management. Not enough employees working the Bays. Not enough employees taken vitals. Lines should not be out the door. All because it’s one person taken vitals. That’s not far on her behave and shows the lack of organization from management on a daily basis.

It was my first visit.. I’m sorry to leave off a star due to me not being able to complete my donor mission, I needed my doctor’s consent in order to follow through because I have a heart Murmur, had I known before I waited much through the registration process.. but that doesn’t take away the comfortability I felt and the kindness of the staff that I engaged with.

If I have to wait over an hour to be seen I feel like some type of compensation is in order. I wait an hour almost every time I come just to be sat down. Staffing is a huge issue here and has been for a long time. Organization is very scarce

Octapharma is a great place for a few reasons but one of the main reasons I like this place is the staff is great. Mary is a great employee who is both calm and collective. She’s is great at keeping you company while screening you. It’s hard to find a lot of people who commits to good service like that. She derves a raise and anything good that comes her way.

This place used to be a mess 3 or 4 years ago. So I stopped coming. BUT now this place is so much better! Employees are better ( I always request Faith and she never let’s me down, and I have very deep veins, I’m usually a challenge for people), lines are better too!

Have been going for quite some time and never had an issue today though they didn’t even give me my donation money so they stole my plasma! What had happened was I get done and usually the money is on your card within 20 minutes so I left an went to get gas found out the money wasn’t on there.. so I go back and asked what happened and the lady was rude as all get out and told me it could be up to 24 hours! Why would it when it’s literally never took that long nor have I ever had this happen something is shady here

So many terrific individuals work here. I really appreciated a “no” wait time today. I walked in, Lynn greeted me with a smile and enthusiastic “I can help who’s next” for testing and I was able to begin donating almost immediately after passing the health check.
