This was my quickest and best blood donation experience I’ve had so far (I’ve given about 10 times). The staff was professional and quick at every point. I made an appointment same day and didn’t wait at any point in the process. Stephanie did an excellent job with the blood draw. Not to mention, comfy chairs and top tier snacks. 10/10 will give blood here again.

I’ve donated 20+ times in my life and I can easily say this was the best experience I’ve had yet. The facilities were the most updated (Dec 2022) I’ve seen and the cleanest by far. The icing on the cake was the super friendly staff that got me in and out in under 45 min. I will be back ever couple of months for sure.

My experiences at this donation center have been anything but wonderful. The first time I visited I was sent away because: I came in too early (10-15 minutes before opening). My thoughts, “Why aren’t the doors locked and why does nothing say closed? Same employee also said my service dog wouldn’t be allowed. I felt she was unprofessional and extremely inappropriate in her verbiage and tone of voice.
