Went to donate today and pulled up behind a lady who was being helped unloading when we witnessed one of the workers being extremely angry and throwing all of her donations into a pile on the ground. He was over the top angry verging on violent. The other worker was trying his best to be accommodating and gracious and what seemed to be a little embarrassed by his coworkers actions. We at that point chose to drive on through and not donate to DAV. The young man’s actions were uncalled for and despicable. He should have been sent home. No Vet needs to be represented that way
