They are often very busy, but the staff is very friendly and efficient. Mya was very helpful and kind when I had an issue with my payment. She and other staff are very professional. I recommend this location because of the great staff.

If I could give zero Stars I absolutely would it’s not even worth one. A DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE PRESCRIBED SUBOXONE!!!! I initially called and asked if being on Suboxone would disqualify me and they told me I had to come in and find out so I came all the way from DeLand waited two and a half hours to do my intake process told numerous staff during my intake process that I was prescribed Suboxone and nobody gave me any issues I told at least three staff members. And all three continued to let me go to the next phase up until I got into medical where this evil black woman who is extremely racist started asking me about my health history and if I had any medications I was taking and of course I wanted to be honest with the fact of them taking our plasma to make life-saving medications I did not want to withhold anything and possibly injure someone I told her I was prescribed Zoloft and Suboxone and my surgeries I told her about she then proceeded to try to find any reason she could to disqualify me she asked me about my surgeries at least three times after telling her it was because of scoliosis and then moved on to Suboxone and her first statement out of her mouth was “mmm I think that’s a denial right there.” And proceeded to dig as deep as she could and told me that even though I am in recovery and have not used any illicit drugs in over a year that I was prescribed my Suboxone through a recovery center like everyone else is because that is what the medication is a recovery medication for opioid addiction to help you stay sober she told me I was permanently deferred due to having a prior opioid addiction and being on Suboxone for it so here at CSL they punish you for being in recovery and trying to help yourself they would rather you be on fentanyl and any other drug and come in and get your $35 fix because as soon as you tell the truth and be honest that you’re in recovery and are prescribed medication for it they deny you and ban you so good luck to everybody I hope they have a better experience than me I will absolutely be making a formal complaint about this woman because of the smirk that she had on her face she seemed way too satisfied to tell the little white girl that she couldn’t get plasma money for her family today. CSL should really be ashamed of themselves completely unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to csl for quiet some time from Tampa to orange city when I moved. And the reception and vitals are probably the slowest and worst I’ve seen, truthfully they see a line and worry more about talking to one another or having irrelevant conversations. Mya everytime I see her always finds ways to leave the front. The phlebotomy is great but reception is truly the laggiest ever .

Instead of training phlebotomists properly they just defer you. Employees are overworked and understaffed, no surprise there’s almost a complete staff change in less than a year and more of them are trying to leave or plan on leaving already. People who blatantly ignore duties and disappear multiple times over the course of 45 minutes leaving everyone else to pick up their slack. Pretty embarassing when youre overhearing people in line talk about who NOT to let stick them over multiple visits, or in other instances flat out leaving because the ONE certified phlebotomist they have employed isnt working that day. They don’t even pay enough for the time you waste or the potential injury you can get from someone who obviously doesn’t want to work there just shoving a needle wherever he wants. My last two visits were someone blowing my vein out and the other digging a needle around in the arm I’ve used for over 50 donations for 5 minutes until giving up because she couldn’t find a vein and today I find out I’m deferred. Great company, horrible site.

To be a new donor you have to wait 3 to 5 hours. Ridiculous seems nobody care about the new donor, this facility is the worst I have seen.

Every single time I have been here they have kept me standing in line for vitals and a bed while most of the staff are having personal conversations and glancing at all of us in line and doing nothing despite there being several empty booths and beds. It’s absolutely not worth spending several hours in lines, getting aggressively and painfully poked, for 50 to 60 bucks! Theirs much better places to go and they pay more!

Be very careful. I had no problems for over a year. Now they’ve hired all these new people and both my arms hurt. Worst place that go to here in orange city. Then they make you wait when they make a mistake. They have more people standing around up front then working. Never again.
