Love the place. The staff is friendly and they get you in and out. The mangers are nice as well. Sam and the two blonds with glasses are very nice as well and very professional. Only thing I don’t agree with is I got 30 dollars for one donation. But other then that if your new and looking for a plasma center this is the one☺️☺️

Ended up getting a bit dizzy during my second visit and one of the workers gave me and ice pack and faned me for a bit. It really helped and I was able to complete my donation with no other events. They really did an amazing job!

Been there 9 visits so far. People are excellent….once you get through your initial visit the first time, the process is easy. Not to mention the money is nice . And, they’re open 12hrs a day, so most everyone has time to go!

First off staff is always nice to.especially when they are dealing with people that’s been waiting for a long time to start with. The facility and is clean and very well-maintained and all the paperwork you need to fill out if you need help, they’ll help you anything on the kiosk or iPads are automated and sound. Overall my Experian service 100 being the best zero been the absolute worst I would rate the place of the 90

Amazing place to donate! Friendly staff, great atmosphere and willing to explain any questions you have during the whole process. I recommend this to anyone looking to donate. Do not waste your time elsewhere, this is only place to attend. You will not be disappointed.

Went to donate plasma. First time but the saff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ran into some issues. One gentleman with dreads ans glasses made me feel much better after I had some issues. I’ll be continuing to donate here simply because how he made me feel.

It was a great experience. Until they tried twice to get a vein. Still okay at this point. But the 5.00 payment was kind of a insult. Just don’t give me anything at that point. Because your 5.00 payment was like a slap in the face. The tech even said “sorry about your luck, but I think you’ll get like 5.00” keep it.

Wish I didn’t have to give any star to post a comment on here because 1 star isn’t even justified if you ask me! When technician attempted to put needle in my vein he missed pretty badly, actually worst pain I had ever felt from a needle being stuck in my veins, by any nurse/technician in my lifetime and I’ve had blood work done consistently throughout my life so many times I couldn’t begin to even give an estimate! Anyways, they had someone else use my other arm successfully with no issue and they used a bandage wrap to put an ice bag on the 1st attempt because of a huge bump that appeared instantly. I was sitting in a chair at one far end and there was literally nowhere for me to comfortably rest that arm with the ice bag and about 15 minutes into the donation I told one of the technicians that my arm was going to sleep because it was in a very awkward position and I was basically holding it up in the air the whole time! I asked them to simply remove the ice bag and I would have been fine, instead the lady came back with the charge nurse on duty, with paperwork that stated they were stopping the donation for the day and I would be required to get approval from a Dr. before I would be allowed to return for any further donations!!! She had stated to the charge nurse, that I was complaining of numbness and tingling going up and down my arm, as if something was wrong with my heart or whatever!!!! Then, even if a Dr. did say I was ok to continue donating I would still have to see their onsite Dr. and be cleared by them as well in order to donate anymore! (I also only received a small % of the payment I was supposed to receive that days donation of plasma since they stopped it early. I explained to the charge nurse that was not correct or what I said whatsoever, I told her I only asked to remove the ice bag because I couldn’t rest my arm anywhere and it was going to sleep as a result and I didn’t say anything about numbness or tingling in my arm and had been very clear about my issue with the 1st nurse! What had actually happened was the day prior I had went there to donate and during the initial screening my heart rate was 103 initially and she was supposed to allow me at least 15 minutes minimum to rest before retesting, but instead said they were closing soon and forced me to retest not even 5 mins later and my heart rate was 101 which was a mere 1 beat very the cutoff to pass prescreening and I almost surely would have dropped below 100 beats a minute if I was given the full 15 mins in between test because it was only high to begin with due to me walking, at a very fast pace, a little over a mile to get there in time so I could donate before they stopped accepting people for the day, I had just got off work prior to walking there also. Anyways, I wasn’t rude at all, but I did state that I felt I was done wrong and the lady seemed to be very irritated already and she was extremely rude to me and that was the same lady who the very next day, filed the paperwork requiring me to be cleared by a Dr before returning to donate and simply lied about what I had said to her about my arm. I had been donating plasma at that location for over a year at that point and other locations in different cities were I had lived prior for probably 5+ years and still to this day haven’t been able to return, nor would I want to actually after my experience I endured! There was multiple other things I could complain about that particular location, but I believe this is more then enough to show how unprofessional the staff was there and truthfully I have typed as much as I can handle for now, maybe I’ll add more in the future, ultimately my suggestion is if you plan on donating plasma in the Erie area, you really might want to look into other locations just my personal opinion based on personal experience!!!

It’s easy money for what they pay you. it’s well worth it but the problem that I’m having is you have to meet a certain criteria and there’s like five points of this criteria you have to fall within parameters and it’s difficult to fall into all five at the same time. I’ve been sent home three times now without getting to donate so therefore it was a wasted trip there and I’m walking. The reason was my heart rate was up. Well figure it out I’m walking of course I’m going to be anxious too because I don’t want to walk for nothing. there should be some more leniency on that little issue. I’m considering discontinuing donation because of that. I will not keep going there if they’re going to just keep sending me away.
