Very bad experience, ask why I couldn’t donate pediatric blood. because my profile says so and because I will know that information if I am healthy and waiting for an hour and I never have blood drawn, very bad service, value people’s time. they are not professional . Not recommend this place .

I’m a regular donor (>10 gallons) and since moving to Kendall in 2014 have made this my regular donation center. The staff has consistently treated me with courtesy and respect. When FDA-mandated protocols are properly observed and followed (as they are at this location) there’s a certain need for time and care. Maybe some of those who wrote poor reviews are used to places where expediency takes the front seat – something that IMHO is a mistake. I only have words of praise for the quality and care experienced at this One Blood center.

Emilia is the only reason I’m giving this location 4 stars. They need a better process for greeting/handling the queue of donors. I was there for ~ 1 hr / time actually donating blood ~ 6 min. There’s no apparent benefit to making an appointment online vs. just walking in. The whole questionnaire process could be completed online – saving a lot of time. Thank you Emilia for being so kind!

I have been donating platelets for 15 years (46 gallons so far), first in California, now in Kendall. These nurses are kind, courteous and happy, they make the 2 hour donation process go smoothly every time. No-one should donate to be paid or get gifts (which are donated by concerned companies that change all the time) we give to SAVE LIVES. Imagine if you were in a terrible situation and urgently needed blood, but there wasn’t any as people stopped donating because they didn’t get their movie tickets or get paid…! GOD bless all donors.

HORRIBLE my husband and I walked into this office to donate the office was completely EMPTY NO ONE here waiting only my husband and I, it took them 45 min. to assist him and another 30 to start the blood process and thats because he complained. Theres a young lady by the name of Rosie sitting in the first office calling people asking them to please come in to donate WHY would they even come back to this office the service is HORRIBLE here..!!!!! NEVER again will we come back to this specific clinic. (Only one Spanish dark skin lady acknowledge us when we got here..

Bad experience at this center. From the moment I walked in it’s as if I was bothering them. Not friendly or inviting. No explanation at all as to what the process was. Just really bad employee customer service. It’s sad that an organization that relies on the public to voluntarily donate blood can’t get the basics right like making you feel welcomed. Won’t be going here anymore to donate blood
