When i first started i would have gave them five stars but i waited some to really see how they act. I’m glad i waited they are nice people but have no respect for people time. They be having people wait until they finish their conversations which is really messed up. They all talk to much and we don’t be getting out in fast enough because they literally will stop helping someone to finish talking and they don’t be talking about nothing work related either. There’s nothing wrong with talking but please be mindful of people time and that folks be coming before , during and after work. They let us in at 6:50 i was second in line and second to get pricked i got seated at 7:15 because they conversation was that important they had to finish

Back in 2021, I would have given this a 5/5, but it’s 2023, and I’ve noticed a lot of things at this location. There are only a small number of employees who are actually perfect at their jobs. I will never give out names because it will not serve a purpose. I know management has undergone numerous changes as well as policies within this company have changed over the years. What made this location great in the past was how quickly you can walk in and walk out. This location used to have many employees, and now they are struggling to hire anyone. I know the pay for this company isn’t well since numerous past employees have told me about it. I’m also not entirely sure why the company will consistently change their compensation, possibly the company is losing out on money? (Can take a look at the stock and see how much it has changed over a short amount of time).

Employees are awesome! Corporate is NOT!! It’s absolutely ridiculous that beginning June 1 2023 they lowered our compensation $55 a month. Without the donor they would have no plasma and they are being very disrespectful to us for our time and commitment to donating. I have been donating eight times in a month for over two years and they do not value me.

Website and person who answered the phone told me to be at the location before 5:30, arrived at 5:15 and was told that the nurse was leaving for the day so they could no longer take new donors. Stood at the desk for 30 mins being told that they were understaffed as two managers and a nurse indicated different reasons I couldn’t be seen. (There were too many new donors for the day. They weren’t able to complete the physical before closing. The website is wrong and they stop seeing new donors at 5.)

After the experience I had at BioLife (5 hours and A lot of hematoma) and CSL Plasma, this is the best experience. It was under 3 hours even it being my first time. The process was clean, thorough, and it was painless and quick ! I didn’t have much of a wait time even through the process of a first timer at this location. There were enough workers and they all were pretty thorough. The plasma donation itself took me 32 mins and I was outta there. I’m surprised. Good use of colors in the interior, maybe that was color psychology to keep things calm because I didn’t feel any frustration. Lol

Mondays and Wednesdays are becoming increasingly long wait times with insufficient staffing. 1.5 hours is turning into 3 hours.

Best one I’ve been to yet! Their system works, to get you in and out in a timely manner. The staff is awesome as well. I only have an issue with one, the heavy set black guy w/ dreads. He poked my finger so hard, that it bled more than normal and hurt for about three days. If you’re having a bad day, please don’t take it out on customers.
