Been denied twice from donating for arbitrary reasons. I was told contradictory information about what a “full meal” is. They are not easy to work with. You’d have an easier time selling drugs than donating here

This review is for the Biolife creditcard.The Biolife employees in Dubuque are Amazing and the center is well taken care of for the most part. But I do hope in the the future , you choose another cardholder carrier because this card Sucks!! Lol. Seriously! when people are donating we should be able to get every penny that we receive. I will go to a no fee ATM take out the cash and at the end of the day the cardholder is charging us a fee! I’m sorry, I don’t care what ATM I use the cardholder company shouldn’t be charging Donors any fees! and plus with this card you can’t send money Online, and if you do a return on the card it takes weeks to see it funded. And I noticed it’s not allowing cash back at the register.

I’m so tired of going on the app to schedule an appointment. It doesn’t matter what day. They all say “no slots available for this day.” Even on the web. How can they be that busy? I might just quit going. Annoying. I wish it was easy to make an appointment on the app but how can I when there’s no available times.
