Not really reliable. Trying to go in and donate has been a pure circus for me, whether or not if they close without warning for random reasons. They barely let people know if they will change hours and don’t stick to the postings. Take a chance to go there, if you have extra gasoline to burn, because it’s now a 50/50 shot of even being able to donate. Not a fan

This place has gone downhill since they got bought out by kedplasma. The wait time increased, the service got worse, and they skip you in line to pull people who showed up after you to donate.

Might be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Terribly managed, don’t bother calling as no matter when you call is “outside of their regular business hours”, none of the staff care about anything other than collecting a check, and the reception team is incredibly rude. If I could rate it zero stars I would. Waited 4 hours (currently still waiting). Just donate for free, you’ll be happier and it’ll be quicker.

Long line but worth the wait.

The place is horrible. I don’t recommend coming here at all. It seems they can adjust your pay based off the plasma. So their pay is not guaranteed. That is something they don’t tell you until after you’re finished donating.

I remember when there was more staff was involved with floor and hooking poeple. Now I See one to two staff members on floor. Back in 2018. They had five to six staff on the floor.

The petty thirty-forty-thirty pay pattern, even with the special participation incentives, does not justify the bike ride in this weather; that and the consistent four-hour commitment from waiting in line to waiting to be unhooked (I had to pretend I was asleep last time to get the needle out when I was done) is why I stopped selling plasma here. Too bad it’s the only local plasmapheresis center.

Absolutely horrific. One gal, Heather, is an incompetent staff member. So very rude. Overall unsatisfactory patient/client care. Was hung up on and was given the utmost attitude and disregard when speaking with this young lady, Heather. Would’ve expected more from a healthcare facility. Do not recommend 🙂

Clean, friendly, and efficient. Sometimes under staffed so wait times can vary. Plan on 3 hours.

After calling 3 times with no answer, I went ahead and went. Then I spent over 2 hours going through the process to donate, they tell me I’m permanently deferred due to having type 1 diabetes. In the first manual I read, it said only diabetics who take cow insulin couldn’t donate. I take pig insulin, so I thought I was good. They wasted my time and theirs!!!!! Ughhhh. No type 1 diabetics. !!!!!
