Staff here are great!! They are proficient, kind, and always helpful. Scarlet, Krystal, and Shannon are all great. Honestly, prefer this smaller center over some of the larger, busier centers that tend to be a bit more hectic. Another bonus – you are able to complete the prescreen questions on their mobile kiosk app. I have the questions answered before I walk into the center. Saves a ton of time.

This is the worst donation plasma center. I have ever been to I successfully donated in eames Iowa for 3 months before transferring here as I’m getting ready to relocate. I have been at the Des Moines center for 2 months and if only been able to successfully donate twice. The third attempt they went through my vein. Pull back out, try to Rego back in left. Severe bruising then attempted to try the other arm. But the guy had other things to do. And he was in a hurry and he had a nasty attitude, so he missed and hidden nerve.

This place is amazing. Tracy is such an amazing person same goes for Shannon she constantly here 24/7 and everytime she always has a positive attitude! i always am so excited to see those two! Overall The whole staff is so amazing and 10/10 recommend comming here. Not just for the money but to meet such amazing people who do there job right while making you feel welcome!!

I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s been decent. The staff members that have worked here for a while seem to have the right attitude. However, I’ve had bad experiences with some of the newer staff. Overall, it’s not a bad place. You just gotta be patient when coming here.
