Yes,,, I’d entertain new procedures that focus on speeding up the entire process. Long lines and unusual turnaround doesn’t bother me that much and of my 10 or so donations,, I’ve experienced 0 problems. That is until my last visit. To this day I have no idea what hygienic issue the check in employee had but,,, her issue resulted in my being denied that day after I was “good to go”. 3 minutes later an obviously new and not so convincing employee directed me to an office. He stated that sometimes when clothing is left in a dryer too long,, they become less than fresh. Without actually stating their hygienic issue with me,, he suggested I “try again tomorrow”. I never leave the house to handle my daily responsibilities without a complete and thorough shower and everything else! And my clothing will always be more than acceptable. It embarrassed me and I really do not fair well in embarrassment! Especially when this complaint comes from new employees I’ve never seen that didn’t specifically outline the actual substance of their complaint in absolutely no way,, shape or form. It’s not easy for me to be anywhere that I don’t feel completely welcome and I’m not sure if I’ll give this particular facility the opportunity of making right of this. And that really sucks because I live 2 miles away and have had nothing but excellent experience with everyone there. That is until the wave of new hired employees surfaced. Without making direct accusations or consequential complaints,, I highly recommend managing staff implement strict guidelines in such situations and increase monitoring of these extremely fragile issues being that there’s obviously so very much room for continued improvement. The handling of and execution of decisions in this situation was unprofessional thus,,, unbecoming. Further,,, my experience with OP,,, excluding this ripple in the water,,, has been more than acceptable and the long lines,, overly loud music,,, serious lack of new hire training and nonchalant guidelines that ultimately neglect official procedure,,, hasn’t completely discouraged my allowance of another go at donating with OP. I will emphasize it’s severity and if upper management has any questions that I might shed light on,, shoot. I’ll advise upon request in knowing its this deep that OP is to reevaluate all levels starting from way down here. And who knows? Inside a couple of years,, with no excuses,,, only solutions,,, perhaps???

My boy Brandon gave me a great stick. I didn’t even feel the needle. Bro have a great attitude and all. And my girl Asia always working fast and checking in constantly. She never upsets. And she always uplifting with attitude as well. They both seem like they love their jobs. Them two alone make me want to refer more people to this location! They made me feel like I’m at home.

Nice and friendly environment,clean,place and rest rooms very clean sanitized beds,tv to watch in very friendly workers. It’s a comfortable environment there I enjoy my experience there. I would recommend anyone willing to donate plasma to Octapharma plasma,to go to the one on Burk and Spencer in Pasadena Texas..Five star place seriously..Keep up the good work Octapharma plasma worker’s! I love the environment and your kindness!

Fred was the best and most helpful technician. He made me feel cared for. His professionalism was OBVIOUS and you could tell he KNEW what he was doing. You could also see he loved what he does for a living and that is priceless. I highly recommend this plasma donation center because of Fred! (No resticks with him at your side)!

The staff at Octapharma is really great. I’d like to give kudos to Mr. Raheem. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of being placed in his section; and I do mean it was a pleasure because when he inserted the needle, “ it was smooth as butter.” I never felt the prick. This guy knows his stuff and he definitely has the magic touch.

The lines are ridiculously long every day, and they only use about half of their facilities at once. An hour an a half wait just to get screened, and the donor floor will always have empty chairs. That doesn’t mean you’ll get to use them, but there are ALWAYS empty chairs/machines. The staff would rather talk than pay attention to what their doing. Some of the staff is actually great though.

I’ve been to many donation places. And I’ve never had fast and efficient friendly service that this center has offered me. Its clean: they are fast…. Not to mention how professional & hands on the staff are. Especially Ms. T & Mr. Quincey. I was feeling ill one time they took great care of me and made me feel really comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend this donation center.

It was a long process. But fully organized fun staff. Very polite. Clean environment. I got $100 the first time I donated which came in handy to pay for 2 weeks of my childs daycare. Totally grateful for this place. As I’m helping someone I get help too. It’s a win win!!!!
