The staff at CSL Plasma in Canton are so friendly, hard working and efficient. There are times the place is packed, but the line moves so quickly because they are on top of it, and if they ever feel stressed, you would never know it. The facility is always clean and ran very well. A special mention for Phlebotomists Kaitlyn and Sarah: They are fantastic! Always confident and professional, have a smile on their faces, and their sticks are painless and accurate even with my tiny, buried, rolling veins!

Poor experience with an employee there. She told Management she didn’t like me and I was banned from there. Tried calling the center to speak to a manager and it seemed like everyone was manager smh. If an employee can’t handle the public maybe a new career should be in order or behind the scenes. Now what if this employee finds a new job, I guess im still banned for no reason but could easily travel to another county per csl members in canton. Asked for Jennifer/manager to call back looks like she either not got the memo or she didn’t care!!!!

I have to give a huge shout to to Bridget at CSL Plasma at the Canton Ohio location! My heart rate was elevated (due to me being a very anxious individual) and when I came back to Bridget for my pulse recheck she made sure that everything was perfect (my feet flat on the floor, relaxed, she had me take my arm out of my hoodie etc). Then, she had me focus on counting the clock to keep me distracted from my anxiety. She spoke with me slowly and calmly throughout my pulse recheck and let me tell you…. I truly thought I was on a beach this girl is good! My pulse came down to normal range! She was so sweet and so caring! 10/10 stars!
