Horrible people. My 2:30 appointment I arrived ten mins early giving blood takes usually one hour. I Was at the place until 3:10 and never gave blood…that tell you anything?

Donated plasma today for the first time. The whole process was very efficient. Facility was very clean. The staff was amazing!!!! Everyone so kind and attentive. Everyone helping each other out. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process and everything was thoroughly explained at each step. Definitely will be back to this facility again to donate more in the future. Thank you for not only doing what you do to help save lives but for going above and beyond to make those donating comfortable and safe.

I just donated two units on Monday 6/30 for the first time in 20 years. The staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing. Samantha is awesome and right there with me at every moment. Half way through the process I started to get dizzy and heat up (common for someone who hasn’t donated for a long time). Samantha and a couple others were right there to lay me down and put a cold compress on my neck and chest and finished my two units. I’ll see you all again in October!

Successfully Donated platelets last night. Thank you to Rosa and Janelle. . . And everyone else who stopped by my station to offer support, blankets, and TV assistance.

This is the worst donation center I’ve ever been to. I’ve been donating double red blood cells continuously for the last ten years, I typically just go when they call me and they call me right on the 4 month eligibility date. I’ve been to this branch 4 times, and I’ve have significant issues 3 times.

I have no problem with the Manchester site, but drives at various other locations are not well organized. Twice in the past two weeks I have had appointments but walked out without being able to donate because they were running over an hour behind schedule. The drives were overbooked and understaffed. I saw other potential donors leave as well. If the RC truly needs blood donors, they need to treat them with more consideration and respect. As it stands, the RC is losing donors because of this lack of organization.

Have been donating for many years. The place is good. But you would think that they would be more accomadating for the walk in donner. On several occasions I have been told that I would experience a long wait because I haven’t made an appointment. They used to work us in nicely before they adopted the appointment policy. I didn’t donate today and on other occasions because of this.

They are treating me like a human being. At first some some like just treated you as a number but I got use to that now they all treat me like a real person. I like everyone they’re. I am glad when I can give and sad when I can’t give. They are ALL a great group of people. They are human like us.
