Joel lied to me. Told me the first time I went I completed the intake. I went back and they wanted me to start over after waiting an hour. I would think Joel the supervisor would be more knowledgeable about the process. Conveying incorrect information does not align with a supervisor title.

Very disappointed with my experience today. Accusatory and unempathetic employees deferred me after i accidentally came in ONE day early to donate. Any time this has ever happened at another facility theyve been understanding of it being an honest mistake and have me come in the next day but not these employees. Incompetent “manager” wasnt even able to tell me what the issue was and had a coworker explain . Then they acted as if i was trying to be dishonest even though it logically makes no sense whatsoever to purposely come in just ONE day early to donate. Waited 20 minutes in line just to be met with lackluster customer service and blatantly indifferent staff members. Unacceptable.

If you are thinking of coming here don’t. They discriminate against people who English isn’t their first language. I told the lady working at the front desk my husband’s first language wasn’t English asked another lady and she said oh no he has to go to the one on Fredericksburg. They have Spanish there. They act like they are doing you a favor. You are donating your plasma. Although they give you a payment it’s not enough for the time they have you there so if anything they should be treating you with respect. My husband asked if he could try because he does read a little English the told him no. Didn’t even give him a chance. The manager was flat out rude said he didn’t have to service us that it was a private practice. He humiliated us and laughed as we walked out. He said BYEEEE! With a huge smirk. People like him should not be able to work with the public.

I love donating here but I have difficult veins to stick and if one of the phlebotomists that know how to stick me isn’t there I’m stuck with someone who misses every time and I end up getting hurt or them infiltrating my veins… love Shawna, jasmine and audri…. they are the only ones that can stick me with no problems

Drove 25 minutes to this location arrived at 500 pm business hours report closes at 700pm. Woman at the front counter was about to take my license and ss card but had to ask another woman a question about verifying my address. That woman got up from assisting another donor to tell me they aren’t taking new donors because they are short staffed. I didn’t see a huge crowd of people but from the other company’s I have donated to even if they do have alot donation only takes approximately 30 minutes and they will exept donors until closing. Was told ” we open back up tomorrow at blah blah”. NO
