Nope never again! Waited 6 hours to even get to donate and when I finally donated the nurse put the needle in wrong, I looked down and my whole arm was a lump. I tried calling the nurse over and she told me to hold on as she walked pass me slowly and without purpose. Called her over again a few min later and she told me to wait again. Finally got the attention of a different nurse and when she looked at my arm her reaction was “OMG” so she unhooked me and told me to go home. I get in my car drive a block away and started puking everywhere. I couldn’t move I started to pass out so I called 911 so they could come and get me. after puking another 6 times I was feeling ok enough to drive home the 30 min. Got to my street and started puking again. I’m not a person who is afraid of needles and I ate before hand so I think the nurse pumping the saline straight into my skin is what made me sick. Unprofessional, uneducated. I will never donate anything ever again.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few months now. Never said a slow and bad experience. Some of the workers are nice and professional and the others are lazy,rude and very unprofessional. The best time to come to this location is when it’s 1st opening during the day. On the 17th of August around 14:30 I was called to the sticking area while having to wait 20-30 minutes to get stick. The nurse on the floor at the time skipped 2 over 2 ppl in line so someone who was literally just called to the bay to stick a returning donor. The lady next to me was stuck on no flow for 20 mins while the nurse on the floor at the time was slow walking right pass the lady. The lady was experiencing a hematoma and was finally disconnected 30 mins later when the other lady returned from her break. This is unacceptable,unprofessional and the safety hazards that was witnessed today.

While staff here is generally friendly They need to be more attentive to guests who call over the phone. Some times people are calling to gather more information about the donation process however waiting on hold for more than 30minutes without anyone returning to the phone , then calling again to be put on hold without explanation or reason is extremely exhausting and very frustrating.

Better customer service than the Olney CSL. The environment does not warrant the same security measures due to a relatively higher efficiency in process particularly when you’re able to sit rather than stand for long periods of time. That detail goes along way to curbing irritability. Kudos.

I had a great time there. I love the staff there. They was helpful and courteous. Especially one of the supervisors and the nurse, I was laughing and smiling the whole time I was there. It was a little long on the first time, but that was because there were a lot of questions and paperwork to be answered. Other than that the place was clean and my donations only took me 45 minutes, from start to finish..

Changed my previous 4 star rating down to 2 stars. The latest donor fee schedule in effect July 3 is a product of corporate greed, punishing those of us who have been loyal twice weekly donors for over a year by reducing total weekly compensation by $5. Manipulates donors to coming twice weekly for bonus compensation on the 2nd donation while paying everyone $5 less overall. So they now can get twice the plasma while paying less money overall. You WERE better than CSL…..not anymore.
