The wait times at this location were better than the Getz Road location, but that isn’t necessarily the case now. I agree with the person who wrote the review about not being able to plan your day because of wait times. I donated this past Monday. My appointment time was 3:00. I didn’t get stuck until 3:30. I was done donating at 4:10. I sat in the bed until 4:30 waiting to be disconnected. I feel they put new donors at the top of the list for everything to give them a good experience so they return, but let’s not forget about the donors that have been returning for 10+ years now. There was a line of at least 15 donors waiting to be stuck this morning when I walked up to the door. I turned around and went back to my car. I had to be somewhere else in 2 hours and couldn’t chance being late to that. I agree that there are more donation times available than there are beds to be filled, or staff to be attentive as needed. Hopefully things get better. It was nice being able to be in and out in an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Other than that, this facility is clean and I feel they follow the proper procedures.

Most of the staff I’ve engaged with has been great, especially Bella.

Some employees are absolutely amazing but others are not just bad they are extremely uncomfortable to be around. Specifically Jake. He must be a newer employee but the conversations he brings up are honestly just uncomfortable to engage with. He shared much more about his personal life then I needed to know. Not to mention I also don’t let him poke me because every time he’s tried he’s missed horribly. Other then that I love this facility and most of the employees. He just honestly needs to be talked to by a manager.

This place is alway a “hit or miss”… Somedays things go just fine and move quickly. Other days, not so much. I try not to leave reviews unless I really feel it needs to be heard or known. I have gone to this Biolife for close to 6 years now. I enjoy the hour or two of silence and yay for Christmas money. Although, there have been many times that they don’t go in order once you’re on the floor. Example, I sat down at 10:20 they were setting another person up, it was 10:30 now, still waiting to get set up, a new person walks in and sits down and they go set THAT person up first, it took 20 mins to get going, while someone sat down and it took a couple minutes. Frustrating to say the least, but one time is not a big deal, it’s when it turns into multiple times that it becomes unacceptable, and I truly believe that the staff needs some more training in customer service.

Staff is really nice. However more times than not I wonder about their scheduling. Over the last year it can take an hour before you even begin your donation. It’s makes it hard to plan your day if you don’t know if you are going to be here around an hour and 20 minutes or over 3 hours. Seems like if they are this short staffed they should control the donation schedule more. When there’s 35+ donors standing around the lobby there an issue with the process.

Consistantly slow here. I have spent on average 1-2 hours for donations. I had to schedule a physical because it had been more than 6 months since my last donation. I scheduled it and go to my appt. Barely any other donors in the facility. I wait 40 minutes to get called to the counter. Then they can’t pull up my info. Then all of a sudden I’m asked to wait cuz the employee has to go assist with something else. No wonder why they keep saying they are in need of donors. No one wants to spend half their day in there. It’s one of the reasons I stopped donating. And when I had donated my first time it was a 3 hour long process in which I ended up getting sick and they told me cuz I didn’t eat soon enough before donating, although I did eat plenty. It took too long for them to process me. But they had me there 2 hours before my donation even took place. They should be aware of how long they keep someone waiting if eating at a certain time is that crucial to feeling well and not getting sick. They have poor time management skills.

Anahi was super sweet & helpful getting me scheduled for a physical & doing my screening! Anne i believe was the nurse who did the physical and she was such a sweetheart as well! I did not catch the name of the woman who stuck me once I was seated, but she did an awesome job hooking me up & being there to disconnect me since the girls in my section had their hands full. Thank you ladies

I’ve always had great service when I go there. My only thing is they NEVER answer the phone, so getting test results back is a nightmare. I was left a message, but it was vague. Had no idea if my protein was high or low, so I didn’t know how to adjust my diet. Thankfully I passed the second blood test. Other then that, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have great easy veins, but id ask for a supervisor if you have deep/stubborn veins. Typically Im done the whole process in about an hour, but peak times cant be up/over 2hrs. Overall I’d recommend giving this location a try.

Waited till I was 90 minutes in to ask about a condition on my forehead. Completely wasted my time. Should have asked upfront and said then they weren’t comfortable with it. I wouldn’t waste my time at this facility.

I have been a member at this facility for since 2019 and got a tattoo on my forearm after I started donating and was cleared by the physician and 3 other staff members on multiple occasions due to it being close to my elbow where a draw site is. I was informed to use the other arm which I have never had issues with and planned to continue doing but I went in recently and new staff that was not there prior denied me stating their tattoo rules have changed since my last visit and I am no longer eligible to donate. If I was cleared by the physician and multiple staff members on multiple occasions, why am I just now being denied when new staff comes in? It’s a little unfair and I believe if a group of staff members approves something like this than why can’t all of them..
