Rose the receptionist provided incredible customer service and support. I realized after I had driven 45 minutes that my PA had not signed the blood draw prescription; and that it should have been faxed in to another state for processing 48 hrs plus to having the blood drawn. Rose was able to manage the process and I was able to have my blood drawn without having to come back again. Very much appreciate her patience and kindness, excellent customer service.

I have been going here for years, and giving blood on there blood drives at my college for quite a while as well. The staff is amazing, I’m practically family now; since I donate platelets every two weeks. They treat you very well, are very considerate of your time. I will always recommend anyone who wants to give blood or platelets to come here.

We donated this weekend. The team of two were super competent. Made us feel quite welcome and kept informed as to the time it would be before they could take care of us. We were made aware of some recent changes in their paperwork and provided with information that pertained to the required interview questions we were going to answer. We were led to very comfortable seats, offered a fruit drink and in a few minutes they did the interview. While it was very pleasant and low pressure, it was very clear we were getting the proper screening to be sure our blood passed their testing and that we qualified as blood doners. And, once the questions were answered, the blood pressure checked, the iron checked, the paperwork signed we were taken to the donation site. Another offer of something to drink (no cookies while we were giving blood). In less than an hour we were done.
