I find it pretty Shady when all the other plasma places will tell me how much they pay over the phone, but these guys aren’t allowed to say. It’s like how a Car Lot won’t give you prices over the phone because they know you won’t like them. Not worth the 30 min drive for a letdown.

Well it is horrible. Point blank terrible experience. After 2 months of trying to donate and being rejected for not having a proof of residence when bringing every piece of mail I receive to the clinic they finally had to mail me a letter from them to my house which was 5 minutes away but had to wait a week to get it in the mail. Then thinking all is well I went back making my 6th appearance in the office and made it to the physical portion of the clown show in which I fail because of a tiny cut in my nose from a botched nose hair plucking session. I waited 5 days til I returned thinking ok it’s healed and now I can donate but I was mistaken…. The doctor passed me on the nose thing then failed me again because of a 9 day old bruise on my forearm from being a man and we usually use our hands and arms to do actual work. The bruise was all healed 2 days later so I could go back for the 8th time to try to donate but what’s the point she will just fail me again for a hang nail or maybe a paper cut. My only advise is not even to try donating here if you are a white male. Only seen 6 other white men there out of hundreds and hundreds of sheep in the many lines they herd people into. The workers are great but that doctor lady that gives physicals hates white men and will fail you for the smallest thing. If they fired her then I would try again but with her there no white men allowed.

I’ve been going here for a year in a half I’ve never once had a bad experience the stand out ladies there are ms Tina she is the sweetest along with ms Tonya n ms brenda I haven’t had one issue there I’ve been going there for a year in a half check them out thank u csl!!! They don’t like doing there job especially in management the Spartanburg told them to lift a referral they called Spartanburg and told them to do it after Spartanburg said they would they told me that that doesn’t mean they are lifting there’s rude and everything and I donated for csl over 10 years

My husband try to donate plasma here and was accused of being a needle junkie when he’s never done needles in his life by a nurse. They don’t wear name tags so you don’t know their names. So my husband will be filing a complaint with their corporate office

Outdated machines, long wait times. Unless your blood is thin as water don’t bother donating because the machine will break. And you’ll just get deferred for their machines being outdated and busted
