I’ve been coming since October 2022 and while the staff are kind, the company has changed their payment policies quite a bit. There used to be bonuses for people who would donated 6+ times a month. Now they’ve lowered the rates and also do not give bonuses out. It’s just a flat weekly rate. They’ve also downgraded in the snacks substantially the last few weeks. Oh one big thing is thay they recently changed is their new donor policy. It used to be that if you didn’t donate for 6 months, you would be considered a new donor and would receive the new donor pay. Now it is just a bump in normal donation rate. Again the staff are super kind and helpful. It’s definitely company policies that have changed and are influencing me give it a lower score. I have a feeling that soon they are going to cut rates down again which will make donating not worth it due to the super long que times.

I donated it once here came back to donate again and I have bruising on one arm they could not let me donate and the bruising was caused by them will not be going back to this place and I’m honestly thinking of never donating again because of this place going to hospital to get checked I have concerns about other things on top of that they said I do not have the vein look at that vein are you kidding me I think they bruise you purposely so that when you return you cannot qualify for their promotions

Instead of just saying no you are not an eligible donor…. They send you through hoops and let you tire out. Extremely unprofessional. I went in January ‘22 and got a form for my doctor to fill out and sample blood drawn. Never documented taking my blood and never told me what was going on when the form was submitted. I got sick so I didn’t want to try to proceed til June ‘22, this is where I found out they didn’t document taking my blood! They took more to “sample me” and I waited a month to hear anything from them and when they apparently finally got the results back, I was told I needed that same form from my doctor again? What? This place is unprofessional. I would find another plasma donation center because who knows how much they are not documenting well and screwing up and probably not helping others. I’m sure another center would be better!

Just left the plasma center, and while there, I overheard the “phlabotomist” Leah making very inappropriate comments about one of their customers name. Leah’s comments were borderline racist and completely unprofessional.

Always friendly and personable. Everytime they get me in fast and have not had an issue with payment and usually faster in the morning until 3pm. Staff does their best to make sure you’re comfortable.

Flowerful Maquillage
Today I stopped in to donate, it was the third time i ever donated and had no problems in the past, after my visit today i dont know what happened but, i blacked out in the parking lot and couldnt see or move. I called the center from my phone through siri and employees at this place came running out to my rescue! They kept me awake and comfortable while the paramedics were on their way. If anyone knows the name of the lady who helped me please let me know so i can write a thank you letter
