Terrible experience. I called down on Friday, March 4th at 430pm and asked if it was fine for me to drop off items up until 5:00 p.m. The guy on the phone said yes. When I arrived at 4:50 p.m. I was “welcomed” by a girl who tried to keep me from bringing my stuff out of the car (which was to no avail because I did it anyway and told her that she needs to number one check the hours on website and change those if they are incorrect and number two that I spoke to someone who already gave me the approval. So I set them down and took off. I felt bad for a couple other people who are arriving before 5:00 p.m. as well to drop off their donations. They just weren’t as bold as me to place everything right there on the curb. After all… It was before 5:00 p.m.! By 10 minutes! I won’t be going back there. Even if it is the most convenient location for us.

Donation drop off is behind the building. It is December 2021 and they are still there. Don’t know why that review says that they moved.
