Horrible. How about telling someone what disqualify them first, before pricking your finger and doing questionnaire. Plus woman told me my breakfast of toast eggs not enough to donate. Had to get medical clearance before giving. Could have saved time. Say we can’t take blood. See me on my way

I went here to donate blood in July, in the midst of the pandemic, and the one worker there decided to tell me that she was just at Hilton Head beach and “no one was wearing masks there”. She also kept implying that young people didn’t have to wear masks when playing sports and made other strange comments like this. It made me really uncomfortable to have a medical professional in this environment say things like that and I really regretted going afterwards as I have been taking precautions seriously, and to have someone comment about non-mask wearing in a medical environment freaked me out. I won’t be coming back until after the pandemic.

Clean place. Staff is very nice. Had a new person in today. She hit a nerve in my arm. I said there was pain. One of the managers came over and squared it away and made sure I was ok asking me several time and told me if I had any pain the next day to call her. I was impressed by this level of customer service. Thank you.
