Okay. Three stars. But keep in mind, I’ve been there on the worst days. My first time there, I had to go through the process of becoming a donor. It can take an hour or two. By the time I was all done, it had been about an hour and a half and their system went down. Meaning I couldn’t be issued a card. So I had to leave and come back a couple days later which was less than ideal because I was going on a trip and the cash would have helped. Came back, had to do a chunk of the process over again and only then could I donate. And on top of it during my second attempt, someone had accidentally taken off their bandage too early in the bathroom and bled out everywhere. It was Hitchcock worthy. They provided me with an extra $10 but it felt like my time, the blood show, and two rounds of plasma were worth just a little bit more. On their better days, their staff is great and the place is clean. On a good day, 5 stars. On my days…. 3.

All of the people there are very nice, however, a bit inflexible with their donation parameters. I drive an hour each way to be able to donate and sadly, I’ve tried to do this twice but my heart rate was 105 according to the “machine”. I requested them to check it manually and was told they could only do that if machine actually malfunctioned. Their parameters are to have a heart rate less than 100.

Such a great experience. I was in and out quicker than any other clinic. Levi, the guy at the front desk was super helpful in answering my questions. Kyla was great in explaining the risks a benefits and Becky made the actual donation process comfortable and easy. Thanks again!

I have been in retail for about 25 plus years and seen it all . So I am beyond smart to see who is good and bad . They have a young man who works there name brendan he is beyond professional nice sweet and warm . This place is lucky to have such an amazing and wonderful person . Which is hard to find people like this anymore .

The place was clean. The staff was very friendly. Even though it was my first time I didn’t have to wait long. The only thing I didn’t like was they pay less than 2 of the other 3 plasma places. Other than that it was a great experience.

There’s always been alot of staff turnover. For the most part they’ve always found worthy replacements. Today was my last donation with Octapharma due to the corporate decision makers drastically reducing the monetary rewards of donating with them. I used to make almost $70 per donation. Now that’s all I make in a week. That’s not worth the toll on my body and certainly my time. Go somewhere else because they have consistently lowered there payment amount. Corporate decision makers pushed me away.
