Was visiting our daughter’s family and due to give blood so I showed up while my wife and our granddaughter were next door at the park. Nikki welcomed me warmly and was very nice and engaging the whole time; Nicole not so much so. When my wife and daughter came afterward, Nikki was also very warm with them. Overall, great experience!

I went to donate blood at the Central Blood Bank South Hills. I have very small veins that are hard to find! The ladies working here were incredible in not only finding the vein, but making it painless and successful…all with a smile and positive attitude!! They were quick and every single one of them was friendly and caring!! I will definitely be back

I give platelets so I’m in the chair awhile. All the girls are cheerful and bend over backwards to make you comfortable. Don’t feel the needle because they are experts in phlebotomy. And it feels good to know you quite likely saved a life, maybe more!
