I am only giving 4 stars NOT based on this gentleman but based on the other women. Pike handled today exceptionally well, there was an incident that happened. I will not go into detail but the other women worker made a mistake, a huge one at that. Although she was training, it never should have happened. PIKE on the other hand did amazing not only did he correct her and have her take care of it but then he also went back and double checked her work and then even between clients and assisting them made sure it was done by himself PROPERLY since she missed things. I am glad he was there and caught the situation before it got even more out of hand. He did everything in his power EVEN with a line of people. The stress could have gotten to him but he handled it with grace. This man DESERVES a raise or a promotion at that! He handled it like a manager would have. I don’t know many people who would have handled it so well and It was an honor to be the person he worked with while I donated. He did everything right and by the book. He is trusted by me 100%.

The amount of people they line up is ridiculous. I had a 4:55 apt. Didn’t get to the pre check seat until 510. There is currently 25 people ahead of me to donate. I love being able to help people and earn extra money, but the time I miss out with my family is almost pushing me to stop donating. Edit to add.. I didn’t leave until 7:20 . 2 hours and 25 mins after my appt. The location closed 10 minutes later and still had 10 to 15 people waiting to sit down to donate. Something really needs done before you lose donors.

They have a good staff, friendly and professional. I understand the lack of workers, but I do wish that they would hire more or allow the current workers more hours as there is often a wait for finger sticks, a bed and then to get stuck and unstuck.

For my first time experience, they made me feel comfortable. There’s always gonna be problems or something that they have to stop and tend to but everything with with ease, and I recommend everybody to go to BioLife.

Honestly the worst part is the finger poke. Sometimes the lines are long but that’s to be expected. Staff is so friendly and kind. Never had a bad needle poker…

The people at Biolife were very friendly. However, the wait time was unacceptable. I waited 15 minutes to be screened, then I waited another 30 minutes to start my donation. Not enough staff by a long shot. I was there for 90 minutes, which is becoming the norm.

Most phlebotomist are great. And I don’t feel a thing most of the time. Compensation is also great. Thank you!

Just got denied an appointment because the center didn’t feel like staying open. My appointment was at 2:50 and from my understanding there was a 15 minute window for your appointment. I came through the doors at 3:01 and they told me they don’t feel like doing it today. I drive out of my way to come donate plasma and give myself a little bit of extra cash, it’s disturbing this center values their donors this little. Aren’t you supposed to be helping people, isn’t that the point of Biolife? I won’t be coming to this one again, below the Biolife brand standard, there is no empathy or compassion here.

They only half half the bed they use to have and the wait is twice as long as it takes to donate. They need to open all the donation bed back up

They have been super helpful with explaining every step of the donation process. Very welcoming people. They do have lines sometimes but I recommend Edgewood location over any other location.
