I didn’t see any donation center here. Many big buildings and wherehouses labeled “Grifols” all up and down this block. It seems to be a corporate location, platelet storage, and supplies, maybe? I walked up to double doors that appear to be electric but they didn’t open and no one was inside at the desk; this was late morning time. The parking lot was full of cars. I wish it were a functioning center to donate plasma. Maybe they could put a sign up stating that it no longer is one, and/or update Google maps.

Emmanuel the “floor lead” today not on lies when asked questions in regards to payment this location has a history of paying late! Yes that’s right I actually was purchasing something in store when I figured that out, an hour later I’m at the same location where I donated to see the issue. On the phone before I arrived the receptionist was being manipulative by telling me at 2:50 to call back at 3pm (they’re closing time) it’s history disgraceful that I have to ask someone to conduct their normal job duties, when speaking to the floor lead at 3:20pm on Sunday I told him I needed this money badly I’m a United States Marine Veteran, after he rolled his eyes at me I realized I made a mistake donating here this location is awful, disrespectful and not professional. They’re also very deceptive

If you could pay your bills and help someone else as in helping save their lives wouldn’t you want to do it believe that could be your desire it gives you such a good feeling knowing that you are helping save lives and the little extra doesn’t hurt either
