Fastest and most courteous plasma facility I’ve been to hands down! Management are complete professionals. Even awarded people who were inconvenienced from a blackout 10 extra bucks for our loss time. Thanks Big Guy!!! Also my phlebotomist Jaihid has successfully become a master at his craft. I am an extremely hard stick and he has taken the challenge and nailed! Awesome attitudes across the board. Freedom Plasma is really for the people. Amen!!!! And they pay very well. Most I’ve seen.

Freedom plasma gave me a good experience. There was a young dude by them name of Darius VERY Professional and he kept the donors laughing and entertained while waiting on a bed. It doesnt get better than Darius. He’s the best Nurse hands down. That man deserves a raise the way he treats his donors. He really cares about his people

The staff was friendly and the system flowed smoothly. I want to give a special thanks to the manager Ashley who I would recommend you talk to if you have any issues she is very helpful and actually cares if there is a problem and willake sure it is fixed, I know from personal experience. I’m still kind of new but plan on being a long time donor here.

I was told that the contract you sign doesn’t matter, and they can change whatever they want -when they want to. I signed up to make $1000 and ended up with $200. I had even spoken with 3 people on the phone who told me I was fine as long as I came within 6 months. They said my next donation would be $40!!! So they expect honesty, and then scam you all the way. They also issue a payment card that is a total scam. You can’t even get the money off the card without it costing you $5. They charge an ONLINE FEE, AN ATM FEE, AND A TRANSACTION FEE FOR EVERY TRANSACTION. THEY ALSO PURPOSEFULLY LEAVE OUT THAT WHILE YOU KNOW YOUR BALANCE AND CHECKOUT SOMEWHERE, If you don’t know about the part of the card agreement that charges a TRANSACTION FEE, THEY WILL CHARGE A DECLINED CARD FEE FOR RUNNING THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE CARD. THEY WILL LITERALLY ALLOW IT UNTIL THEY TAKE ALL OF IT AND NOT SAY A THING.

I was a return donor after 6 mos, and as I was changing my donating location to freedom. After completing my 1st donation I showed up a day earlier than I was allowed by the regulations. Well it was an oversight on my part. I showed up Friday instead of Saturday. I answered my questionnaire honestly since it had been almost a full week since I donated at another location. The system flagged me and I was permanently deferred from donating. I asked to speak to a manager and no one assisted. This slight oversight could’ve been handled but no one even bothered. I was hoping there could at least be a pathway for return other than complete deferment. WELL I WENT BACK TO GET MY DEFERMENT CHANGED AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE DEFERMENT WAS PERMANENT AND THAT IT WAS DONE BY A VISITING MANAGER NAMED CORISHA.WHO DID NOT FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY WHICH IS TO GIVE YOU A WARNING. SHE MADE AN EXECUTIVE DECISION TO PERMANENTLY KEEP ME FROM DONATING. THIS SIMPLE MISTAKE DID NOT CALL FOR SUCH A HARSH ACTION. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF THERE IS A PATHWAY FOR REDEMPTION OPTION AVAILABLE.

She makes sure that you are straight and everything is going well with you. AWESOME EMPLOYEES ❤️❤️❤️. They have a nice facility but when it comes to actually donating your blood and plasma for money they will give you the run around and try to give you less money than expected because of test or lab results. Today I had a donation set up and appointment but they did not allow me to do it and and gave me a blood sample to test my blood to donate when I wasn’t told that my previous donation so they literally paid me 10$ for that like it would do anything but honestly rules have to change in according to the rules and policies it’s kinda unfair and I wouldn’t recommend to go if you not ready for the run around they are going to give you .. you’ll come in expecting to go through a normal day and to get your donation but after a while it’s a hassle either if you can donate or not they let you find out then tell you you can’t it’s just not good communication until the least minute and my blood or plasma for just a sample is way to short for 10$ dollars that’s enough to fill my tank up barely .
