Great staff and I had a guy poke me barley felt it he did a good job for how big the needles are. The staff was sanitizing the chairs we sit in and multiple times they changed gloves like they were going out of style. They kept a good eye on everyone and the communication to each other got ppl in and out as quickly as they could. Absolutely love this place. While I waited in line tho had some real idiots talking and irritating me by talking about stupid stuff to make them look “cool” but they just sounded dumb and did not wear deodorant lol but that’s no one’s fault but their own. CSL should not accept people that admittedly say they smoke pot and or they are unsanitary. If that’s you reading this just be a normal citizen and respect others in line. Deodorant is $1 get some! Also watch your email for special deals I got a heck of a deal threw my email only selected do! They are very professional and they take classes for this specific job they are very knowledgeable and I take there advice whole heartedly

My Fiancé came to these people yesterday to donate plasma, after he donated plasma, a plus size Caucasian woman with blonde hair and dark eyes (we are unsure of this woman’s name) came over to wrap up his donation because he was done. When she went to wrap his arm she did it SO tight to the point blood was coming out of his arm. He didn’t notice until he got halfway out the parking lot to catch his ride and he noticed his arm got cold only to see his jacket and arm was drenched in blood! Even though he was able to get help from OTHER nurses at the CSL plasma in time, this is still extremely unacceptable as he did tell her that the band was to tight before he left. If he didn’t notice in time we could’ve possibly lost him because of how much blood there was. I’m beyond furious at this situation and this place, this isn’t even the first time he’s had issues, this was the just the one that’s crossed the line, staffs rude and cares about no one but a paycheck.

They’re constantly refusing to use the correct cuff for my arm & I get deferred because they use to large of a cuff & give an inaccurate reading. Every time they switch the cuff the issue is resolved. But every time I try to explain this it’s a constant argument, same with when I need a senior for small veins, the newer employees never want to allow you to speak to who you need to speak to.

The ladies there are miserable and love sharing that energy, if you like being discriminated against for unknown reasons this is the place for you.

This is my least favorite CSL center but after last night’s visit, I won’t be back. I didn’t like that they don’t gauze wrap your arm after, but when I started bleeding all over the bathroom last time, staff didn’t care at all. I was sent to the sink to deal with it by myself while that employee continued stocking. I sat for about 10 minutes to make sure I was OK, because I was too light headed to stand. While I sat I had time to notice how dirty the floor was, with visible dirt, hair, gauze, cotton balls and bandaid wrappers. The next staff member I approached was actually human and helped me get cleaned up. I get the feeling this center needs some corporate attention. Staff shouldn’t be too busy or tired to tend to actively bleeding patients or sweep the floor, and for the love of Pete, get them gauze! Risking bleedouts seems a much higher cost than gauze rolls.

First time donor here. When I first went there, I was pretty anxious and a little scared. But, the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe; and the whole process went by without any problems. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Definitely a great place to donate, had a couple of times where they didn’t put the needle deep enough, and it popped out of my arm while the machine was returning my red blood cells, made a little mess lol.

I love this location. Yes, it can be very slow depending on when you go. But I know this ahead and plan on being there for a while. Staff is very, very friendly.
