This place has picked up it’s pace. It now takes me no longer than a couple hours every visit. It use to be very slow paced but seems they’re doing way better now. In and out within 2 hours is normal for plasma centers.

Tyrone, Meka, Mimi the cuban and the blonde hair cuban ARE amazing excellent certified stickers. You don’t have to worry about resticks unless it’s something wrong with you lol great place to donate great conversation in atmosphere no drama majority up class people are donating here not a lot of homeless ppl have it fested up. Quick process upon start up and good on getting you in and out. People in the front are stick on vitals and iron/protein level iron level has to be over 39 and protein has to be over like 20 I believe anything 40+ is eligible. Must be at least 110lbs to donate.

Went to this place and it feels like a sauna in the back where people are donating. These places should be super cold to conserve the plasma being taken and its not a safe environment for donors to be donating when its 82 degrees in here. I wouldn’t be surprised if a donor passes out today while donating. Its 95 degrees outside and it just keeps getting hotter and hotter in here.

The staff is so friendly the facility is clean and maintained. When a new donor the staff explains the process of donating and willing to answer all questions. The safety of all donors is most important to the staff. I enjoy coming to this location because not only the experience with staff and donors but it’s so close and convenient. Everyone that works here and comes as donors are friendly. And I want to respond to: I am pieces and Holly Fletcher. Your wrong, I’ve been coming here to this place for a long time and I’ve never had a problem with anyone or issues of any kind. No business is obligated to give benefits. I wish u both the best in your endeavors and choices in life. Also to the woman that brought her kid, i was there when this situation took place you were being rude not only that you yelled at my husband when he was warning you he was coming up behind you and your family while riding his bike, there are signs everywhere stating no kids allowed, there are other places you can go to get out of the heat. You could have kept your child home instead of walking with your husband who was donating.

They open at 8 but let people in early. Everyone was nice and the process was easy. This was my first time donating plasma so it took about 3 1/2 hours from the time I signed in til the time I left. First visit always the longest

Good place to donate but bad place to work. No insurance available, no paid vacation time nor sick leave. No retirement benefits either. Phlebotomists are not wearing their lab coats due to the temperature on the floor runs from 75° to 84° . No shields are worn to protect the employee even though they are in site on the counter. If you try to talk to the owner she takes everything as the employee I disrespectful. The employees are very nice.

If you work full time, don’t even bother. They don’t take new donors before noon and they don’t take them on Saturday’s either. To sign up, you literally would have to take a day off of your regular 8-5 job.

Wow, glad I checked the reviews out 1st. This place sounds horrible & the “owner” is definitely some degree of a narcissistic character, every review he/she responds to is to place blame elsewhere instead of taking accountability for their employees & building codes. I’ll stick with Octapharma!!! Thank you reviewers for keeping from making an obvious huge mistake!!!
