When I signed up with them. No one told me if I DID NOT donate after 30 days I’d lose my incentive as a new donor. Well lo & behold I called & pleaded my case with a manager. She basically said it’s in the fine print—okay WHO reads the fine print!? especially with something like this.? So not only do they really “not care about you” they also hang up on you too. I suppose it could’ve been a happy lil accident? Chances are no, not really.

This is literally THE WORSE plasma center in Pensacola. You are standing in lines basically the entire time and it can take forever for them to call the next person in line because it’s usually 1-3 people screening EVERYONE. The screeners all have attitudes and is no way friendly at all. They do not double check, say for instance your iron to make sure it’s not their error, if you pass screening your going to wait in ANOTHER LINE and the phlebotomists (not all) talk to you like your in jail. Last and importantly, the POST IS TERRIBLE for what all you go through. This is by for the worse and I’ll never go back

I went in for my first donation on a Sunday I was informed that it could take a few hours they moved pretty quickly and I got help right when I walked in I see a lot of negative comments here but it want that bad at all most the staff were friendly and I didn’t see any blood on drawers or anything like that at all magic did my evaluation as far as documenting my tattoos and doing the initial tests to see if you can donate she had a pretty good sense of humor but I can see why some people could take offense to some of the things I heard the staff talking about but I think some people just need to have a better sense of humor honestly only issue I had was my second visit the woman who put the iv on my arm didn’t do a very good job and caused me to have to stop my donation and loose blood they couldn’t put back into my body which I’m return caused me to not be able to donate for 60 days the first person who did it got it first try no issues at all it went smooth I’m a little upset with what happen the second time but It is what it is they still paid me but I think some of the rookies inserting the I’vs may need guidance from the more experienced ones

This place is awful. Very rude staff, rude security guard and toxic environment. You will leave here feeling terrible about yourself instead of positive. The staff gives off a strong negative vibe that they don’t want to be there and they take it out on the donors. I go to Ked Plasma now and it is 100% better. Ked is a lot more friendly and appreciative of their donors, they value their donors unlike this place. You feel like you are degrading yourself going here.

This 5 star review is for Ms. Bethany Jones and only her! I had my second donor experience yesterday and was very pleased with the service I received from this lovely lady. She made me feel very welcomed when I got my screening done. She explained in detail what she was doing and what all the different machines calculated. Although I know these centers deal with a lot of the public(which I’m sure give them such a hard time), bethany didn’t treat me like just another potentially rude customer who’s just donating for the money. She actually made me feel as if my business was appreciated and was very kind, down to earth, and pleasant.Thank you Bethany!

This place is a mess. HIPPA violations,staff very rude, except for a few. The girl taking my BP was insisting I grab the thermometer with hand she had just stuck my finger on and got very angry when I wouldn’t. Afterward the whole staff stood around and laughed and gossiped about it within earshot of waiting area. Asked if she could turn her badge over or tell me her name and she replied, “Nope, and I’m not fixing to sit here and argue with you.” I was so upset left in tears as the staff laughed. I’m embarrassed for this place and how it’s run. You are def not treated as a customer but as someone they look down upon and would rather not deal with. Do not go here unless u like to stand around waiting while staff talks and laughs about the people that just left after donating or be treated as a low life. Very dirty bathrooms and loosely follow state guidelines and hippa. I spoke to two others who stopped going here because of this same rude woman and yet nothing is done about it. If I know of two then there r probably more. I guess the owners like losing thousands of dollars just to keep this miserable rude woman on staff.

I signed up in February with an 8 visit donation of $105.00 per donation. I went this morning, 3/9/2023 and only received $40.00 They Lied!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, the white lady, Kimberly, older woman, is one of the rudest, nastiest persons that ever walked. I won’t be returning here and going through this anymore. Slow Lazy people, that work here.
