I was donating twice a week despite continued issues with my log in to the computer. I had this issue for weeks and they knew and no one ever bothered to fix it so every time I came in that log in issue added 30-60 minutes to my wait time.

This has nothing to do with the staff, I know they’re trying their best with the resources they have. BUT BioLife needs to do some serious backend work on their app. They should not allow 30 people to schedule appointments at the same time if they do not have the staff to execute it in a timely manner. I have been going through BioLife for months, but some times I go through a phase and skip a few weeks or so just because the thought of sitting and waiting for sometimes upwards of 3-4 hours after working all day isn’t worth the $40. I will say that the extra cash is nice, but seriously. Listen to your customers and fix your app. You would have more people donating overall if they didn’t have to wait half of their day to get a couple bucks.

Everyone here is wonderful! I always enjoy going because of the staff, they somehow make it fun! Ivy is always friendly taking my vitals and makes the process smooth. I had Nariah as my phlebotomist yesterday and she is so sweet. She did an excellent job hooking me up – I didn’t feel a thing. And she checked on me to make sure I was okay. Keep up the good work!

It’s very unfortunate I have to wait so long each time I come here. What’s the point of scheduling your appointment online if people just walk in? Im able to donate my full donation in 45-50 min, add the 5min it takes for the screening and at most 15 min it should take to get vitals, it should take no longer than 90 min. Each time I’ve been here, it’s been a minimum of 2.5-3.5 hours.

Everyone here was very friendly and made me feel very safe and comfortable donating! Andre was wonderful and made sure I was doing okay during my first donation and also gave me great instructions for what to do and when to do it! It’s so nice being treated with such kindness especially when I am new.

Giving them a 1 star review only because i asked multiple people if i could donate with the medicine im on. My doctor said it would be ok. Some of the staff said they didnt know. I asked if i could ask a nurse or someone could everyone said no. So after an hour or so doing everything, five seconds in a room with a nurse she tells me no i cant donate. Not happy that i wasted all that time.

My brother is a returning donor and comes here all the time. This place is ridiculous he has been in there for over an hour and he STILL isn’t even hooked up to donate yet and there’s 6 people ahead of him still!! It takes 3+ hours just to donate, biomat and csl will have you in and out in about an hour don’t waste your time going here.

I was deferred for supposedly having atypical antibodies. This was after already completing 3 donations. I know these results are inaccurate and plan on getting physician testing to prove it. You know what BioLife’s response is? It doesn’t matter if you bring in different results you were deferred. Like hell it doesn’t. If I have proof that you gave me a false result that means you discriminated against me and I will absolutely report you to the proper authorities.

PSA: If you’re going for an intake visit, you realistically should allow your self 4-6 hours. I dropped my girl off at 2:15 Friday afternoon for a 2:20 appointment. She didn’t get back into the car until 7:04 Pm. An if you go, you MUST have the promo code to get the $900 in a month’s time. The web site says to allow up to 2 hours for the initial appointment. However the employees where very nice, and tried to make up for it.

This place sucks. I went to sell plasma and had to get two papers signed from my doctor. Now they’re saying that I’m not eligible. I call them up and it always goes automated and I never receive a call back. Just go elsewhere if you want money.
