I absolutely love this place! I was really nervous at first, but everyone I spoke with was so pleasant and turned what was originally a nerve-wracking ordeal into a pleasant experience. They make it very easy to donate, the app they use works really well, the money is good for how little you have to do, the building is very clean & well taken care of, and the staff is incredible. I have to give more praise to Mikki in particular. She’s usually there when I donate, and is fantastic at finding and hitting my difficult veins. She’s very personable and makes you feel like she’s happy to see you when you come in. I never feel more comfortable than when she’s working in my section.

This location used to be really good but corporate has taken the life from everyone there.Used to be able to donate relatively quickly but am now averaging close to 2 hours. Workers moral is down and it has effected how they deal with donors. Way to go Biolife for screwing your own employees and donors.

Currently been waiting in a line for an hour! It use to be the best but, this place is wild right now. Workers just barely moving, standing around talking, machines going off over and over again. Just don’t make much since to have all these chairs and machines but none open. Place needs to get it back together.

This place is the absolute best! Their staff is phenomenal and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy! Their phlebotomist Mikki is amazing and definitely my favorite staff member. She is so thorough, kind and helpful! ( not to say the others aren’t, because they are also!) I got to witness her couch a very nervous 19 year old last week through the process and she kept him so calm and comforted. I recommend this place over any other!

I come here so often is it’s a pleasure to donate knowing you are helping others. I have never had an issue, quick friendly service clean environment. But as I was getting my blood pressure checked just a few minutes ago by Marissa (name tag) a female co worker came up to her pointing her finger. She was so unprofessional for the way she acted. She was very rude and disrespectful. I’m actually shocked by her behavior, i’m not even sure what was really going on but if you are going to correct someone that should be done behind closed doors not when you have an entire lobby full of donors.

First let me say that Marisa is the most wonderful human being I’ve ever met. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing her sent about 2006. She has always been very professional with her treatment of me. I highly recommend this center. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. I was skeptical of doing this at first, thinking only certain”types” do this. I could not have been more wrong. With today’s economic cost of living everyone is needing help while you help others. Great staff and such a clean location.

I have donated 3 times here recently as a new donor. The first appointment does take 3-4 hours due to all the questions and examinations you go through before your donation. I have had a good experience so far. I have been scheduling my appointments Saturdays when they first open & Tuesdays after 7pm. I’ve been able to get seated almost right away and I now spend less than an hour & 15 mins here each donation total. It’s a clean facility and the staff are pretty nice. I definitely recommend making sure you drink plenty of water and eat accordingly before the appointment to make sure you pass the initial exam each time and are able to donate safely. If I have any notable issues going forward, I’ll be sure to update my review.

Donated for my first time today and i’ll definitely be returning! The staff was amazing, specifically I believe their names were Jacob and Ivy, taking their time to talk to me and make me comfortable before and after starting my plasma donation! I was there for about 3.5 hours for this first visit and overall every person I interacted was there to help and even though I spent a lot of time there, there was no confusion as to what I was needing to do or where to go or what was going on! Excited for my 2nd donation next week!!
