Top notch staff. Fit me in, very welcoming, professional, and literally did not miss a beat. They kept it clean, and took my cells in an efficient manner. 10/10 would provide again with the current staff on hand.

Called and made an appointment to donate plasma. Show up and check in. They get as far as pricking my finger for HgB and typical MA checks, before realizing they don’t know my blood type. I stated when I called in and at check in that I had never donated blood or anything with them.

I will not return here. I have donated here twice before and consider blood donation as a great opportunity to help save lives. I walked in with an appointment and all my paperwork complete. My son was with me since it’s summertime and his camp ended before my appointment. He was masked, sitting quietly on a chair reading books. 10 minutes later when I am checking in, I am informed that my child cannot be in the building and I therefore cannot donate. No where in the FAQs, materials, appointments, etc does it say that children are not allowed in the waiting area. I am dismayed and extremely frustrated that 1) this rule exists, further limiting parents who want to do good, and 2) that it is not communicated anywhere in the pages of materials we must review before the appointment. I will find another organization to donate to, hopefully one that is more empathetic towards parents.

I’m sorry I had to leave a negative review to to my experience here. I’m an avid donor as I believe my effort can help save life and those in need. However I got a new/inexperience nurse and had to sit through at least 15 mins of needle moving around. The discomfort, the long distance drive, and the bruise are not a problem but after all the effort they didn’t get enough of one pint of blood so they had to throw away my blood. It’s is a very jarring and hurtful experience. I won’t be coming back or donate for a foreseeable future. Please help new nurse and donors.

First time blood donor and I had an excellent experience. They were friendly but ultra professional, experts at what they do. Best blood draw experience ever.

Wow. This place was so accommodating and comfortable. Covid precautions are definitely in place, all areas were cleaned immediately, and everyone’s bedside manner was great. Ive donated blood across the country, and seriously this has been the best experience I’ve had at a donation center. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to (future MD) Alex, your attitude will definitely be a blessing in the medical field.

I miss the old Puget Sound Bloodworks that I happily donated to for years. These guys are not good. And if you have an issue or question… good luck resolving it. The rude woman on the phone couldn’t be bothered. She said she would call back but never did. It seems they mistakenly had me down for a therapeutic draw (whatever that is) when I was just donating like I always did. They banned me for it but can’t seem to amend their mistake or even tell me why they can’t, OR WON’T, fix their mistake.
