Wonderful facility! Always friendly and welcoming the minute you walk in. Very knowledgeable and they inform you of all your health info. The best phlebotomist I’ve ever had experience with. Ada, Tina, Kai, just to mention a few of the professional gals that I’ve encountered and make me actually want to return. Highly recommend donating here. Clean, professional, great compensation!

I’ve been TRYING to donate for 2 weeks now. They are always understaffed and it’s to the point where new donors are only accepted within the first hour of opening. They have a waitlist for new donors to see medical (a list of no more than 7). They only take 7 people a day as new donors which is filled within the first hour of opening and then they take all day to get to you. They take so long to service new donors it’s expected that donors write their name on the waitlist and go home to be called when it’s their turn.. I went up there at 7:30am it is now 4:40 pm and I still haven’t been called to medical. I was the 5th person. I would strongly recommend new donors go to other facilities near by like Biolife or Freedom or even CSL in Temple. Not only are these other facilities’ process times faster, they also have higher paying promotions. I won’t be surprised if this facility gets shut down before the end of the year if they continue to be understaffed and take so long to process donors. Also they don’t answer their phones and if you come in person you can be waiting anywhere between 2-15 minutes before you can even speak w/ a receptionist.

Over the course of the time that I’ve been coming here this place has slowly gone downhill. Today would have been my $80 donation. But many people, myself included, have been sitting here for at least 2 hours. They’re always short-staffed, and getting slower by the visit. I witness a lot of unprofessionalism as well. I come here because it’s right next to my jobs. But if donating is going to start making me late to work because they can’t schedule properly or work effectively, I can just stop coming.

How you going to have a line of people waiting and no one doing screenings? I’ve been in line for over an hour and only 3 people have been screened.all the works wondering around talking. This is ridiculous.

Go to biolife instead. They’re unprofessional and racist. Deny you because of their faulty machines and it takes hours to be seen. Last time I went they didn’t even give me saline they just gave me a Powerade. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Odessa is the best. Whenever other employees mess up with my mom (and it happens a lot), she’s always the one to fix it. She deserves a raise. I love her so much, I named a Barbie after her.

I’ve been coming here for a while always bringing new donors my moms life depends on these treatments so I encourage people to donate. But today there was the rudest lady working her name is Janet kinda on the heavy side. she had no respect for any of the donors her response to any of their concerns was I get paid the same any way.. these places save lives and need donors the staff should be trained a lot different they should not allow a disrespectful person with no compassion of what this does to work here.. definitely my last time here I recommend anyone to stay away until they can train some manners to these workers.
