The girl who checked me in. Very professional. My first time going Everything was going smoothly. Did the question answer thing on the computer and I pushed a wrong button and it timed me out. I asked for help. Black lady with blonde hair was in middle of conversation and said I’ll be right with you. I waited patiently someone else came to help me. Meanwhile lots of chatter from the blonde haired lady with someone else about that only happens ( timing out) in her experience is when donors don’t qualify. It was a timed out issue not a donor issue. I was pretty upset her talking like I was rejected and didn’t even know what was happening. Then I spent 2 hours in a room with Juan Manuel who I guess is a Dr. Or something who could barely type or understand English only to get rejected because I take Stelara. I asked him why it wouldn’t be listed as a medication on the website. He said they need clean plasma. I hated I didn’t qualify but still feel there was an error.

It was my first time ever donating plasma and the process was through and easy to understand. There are a lot of very knowledgeable associates that work at this location that were a pleasure of meeting! I’m not sure what her name was but the young lady with the caribbean accent is the nicest person. She’s really funny and the manager is very nice as well! I look forward to coming back again and again!!

Y’all stopped doing walk-ins and we still gotta wait forever. These new people are slow- update so I got punished for doing this review and showed up today on time and they put a manager block on my questionnaire like someone read this and decided “I’m going to give her a reason to wait next time” lol petty and now 4 people are ahead of me in screening which is now understaffed. If you can’t take a bad review do a better job!!!

My experience here was great! I felt welcomed , staff was friendly & fast. Much more professional, & medically advanced than my experiences at other Plasma facilities. I was lucky to get stuck by the manager & he was very friendly , informative, and the stick was clean & painless. Machines moved fast & i was out in no time !

I’ve been donating for quite some time and have met nearly everyone on staff. Every single person is nice and friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable. Wait times are usually short. If you have a longer wait time it’s because so many people like going there. Every single visit has been a great experience. I would absolutely recommend this location to everyone.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My first visit with physical was 2 hours, and every donation after was around 45 min. Check-in is quick and easy. Lisa is wonderful. She explained every step and the “why”. The phlebotomists are VERY good.

I have been going to donate at this location for about four or five times. During these times, I was treated with respect dignity, as well as a cared for donor of plasma the staff are pleasant. They always greet you with a smile and say hello. The downside of the donation center is that they don’t offer squeezy balls while you’re trying to donate. If they were to have those this place would be excellent. Make sure to donate plasma help save a life.

Today during my visit Merlin was rude when I was trying to communicate with her about my payout for today so I could have a better understanding. Merlin had on a mask but her eyes and body language showed she was getting frustrated because she exhibited poor comprehension of the questions I was asking her and had no interest in truly helping. When I brought it to her attention she continued the poor behavior and services. I asked her to get someone else I could speak with and she rolled her eyes and stated, “Okay” but did not make any effort to do so. I asked can I have a number to corporate and she stated, “Get it off the website”. I asked her can I have the name of someone who was above her and she stated, “It was Merlin”. I said no, someone above you, and then she stated, “They were on the floor and busy”. I then asked her to call someone over the radio and she refused at first, I had to ask her again and that’s when she did it in a low tone. Instead of Merlin removing herself from the situation since it was noticeable she was in a mood, she continued to escalate the matter instead of getting someone else.

Awesome experience for my first time! Natalie, Emily, Alex, and Liz were VERY helpful and talked me through the whole process. The entire staff was amazing and very attentive. Definitely will be a regular donor at this location especially. 1st time donating was very successful. Thank you guys!

During my sister’s visit today, Merlin appeared to be uneducated on the policy and procedure of the donor payout system. My sister tried to help her understand the promotional coupon she received, but she was unable to comprehend my sister’s concerns. Merlin seemed agitated so my sister asked to speak with management, which she was hesitant. We understand some work environments can be frustrating; however, it’s up to staff to remain calm and assist customers to the best of their ability without making the customers feel uneasy.
