Fast, super friendly, staff is amazing, process is quick, clean, inviting and comfortable. Would be perfect 5 star if donor compensation was better. They pay just more than half what the other centers compensate their donors. Otherwise, great experience.

Let me be entirely clear: my problem is not with the staff nor the experience of donating. The staff here has been nothing but kind and professional when I go to to donate. My problem is with corporate/ management. I’ve overheard staff members speaking about being underpaid and not having enough staff to cover for other staff members who have to finish mandatory training. The staff here deserve better than what Octapharma is giving them. These staff members have to deal with issues I can’t even imagine, so the least that the higher ups can do is pay them fairly and give them the support they need.

This place is clean, efficient, and a good environment. The issue is they understaff the front desk. Most of the time it’s just ONE person behind it with a line waiting to donate, two new people tryna get initiated, someone needing assistance, and the person manning the desk can only attend one person at a time. You all need to stop trying to save dollars and at least put a second person there after work hours where your visitation spikes. It’s selfish to your employee making them be the only person when I know you have more people who can man the desk.

Good experience but why do the price go down? Makes no sense at all. The amount should stay at $100. You make people leave and go to your competitors. Went down twice 1st $100, then $65, then $55 wth

With all due respect but in my humble opinión First Time new donors should have their blood pressure taken first and foremost so it’s not to spend customer and employees time Tried to donate for the first time twice and was turned away because my blood pressure was high after going through the whole process between 2 and 3 hours and have not gone back because of this reason still would love to donate there if this policy was changed because it would eliminate a lot of inconveniences

This center would get 5 stars, but they don’t let you charge devices. I would hate to leave this facility and need to dial 911 with a dead phone. Sure, I’d be dead, but at least their charging personal property policy would be upheld to the highest. Just another group of business people and animal policies.

Ana is the most beautiful Plasma employee in the history of the galaxy. She provides world class service while looking like an A+ list actress. She makes me look forward to donating plasma regardless of the amount ima be paid at the time. Greatest plasma place in Florida.

My first experience was alright . I was assisted by a manager and she was kind . My new experience was not great. I had to redo everything I did the first time . Will not be returning.
