Used to be decent but now it’s just horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. The excuse is that they’re slow in the back or not enough staff. You’ll wait over an hour to be screened, another half hour to get hooked up and the same to get unhooked, all while hearing the workers low key argue over their personal issues. As much as I wanna help, this has become a place to dislike and borderline hate lately.

I’ve been coming here for maybe 5 months. My friend told me about this place and we would come together and donate plasma. During the first few months, wait times were horrible. I was constantly leaving after 4 hours!!!! They would give you an appointment time but it seemed like it didn’t matter because you wouldn’t even be pre-screened until like 1-2 hours after that scheduled time!!! Then another hour waiting for them to stick you, then so on. It constantly took a large amount of time from my busy day. They were constantly understaffed and seemed to be struggling with lack of proper leadership and/or time management issues. I’ve seen a lot of employee turn over just being a client for these past few months. I’m sure most of the employees are doing their best to do a great job, and most of them do. With the exception of one or two that always seem to have bad attitudes, most of the staff are friendly.

This center does not keep their word and honor bonuses. I told several people I should receive a bonus on my card. I even explained to manager destiny if I don’t receive a bonus my children will not eat. She walked away and said “I’m the manager and it will get done when she gets to it”. Unfortunately she never did it for me. How could you truly punch out after someone tells you they really need all their money in full.

I’ve donated plasma and blood over the years at a number of locations. You help save lives and make some spare change doing it. Seems like a win win. I’ve donated at more than one grifols location. This is far and away the worse plasma location I’ve ever been to. There’s no one at the front desk. Ever. It’s extremely hard to get to talk to anyone. The process should take 90 minutes max at most centers, here it regularly takes 2-3 hours. Today, Sunday I drove into the valley. Their internet was out. As it regularly is. I have bad reception at their location. I waited by the front desk to tell them an exceptionally long time. I was waiting to be entered and a woman named Daisy asked if I had an appointment, I did. She asked me what time. I said the given time. She said I was late, by 10 minutes and I had a 6 minute grace period. my appointment would be cancelled. I informed her that their internet had been out. I was waiting for some time trying to tell them for some time. She told me it didn’t matter and my appointment was cancelled. I told her it was at least a two hour round trip for me. I was on time, their internet was out. And it was five minutes difference anyway. She was completely rude to me. Treated me like scum when I had driven hours to save lives. Completely rude, ungrateful, uncaring, just the worst service. She refused to give me her name when I asked, and wasn’t wearing a name tag. I overheard her say her name to someone else. Another worker named Theresa came over looked me up on the computer and said that I had been told in April about scheduling appointments, which is true. Which is why I scheduled an appointment that they cancelled on me bc their own internet was out. Rude service. Unbelievable attitude. Never going back.

There is always something with this place. My appointment was at 9:30 and I didnt get seen until 10. I am now waiting for 30 mins because no one checked if paper was in the printer and they just left 8+people just waiting there . I understand I choose to come here and I understand we have to wait but this is taking advantage of people’s time. This place is getting worse and worse with having people wait

I can’t emphasize Enough how horrible the customer service is and how disorganized they’re app is for setting up appointments. Furthermore the app is always out of service not working I’ve been trying to set up an appointment for two weeks already and the system is still down plus I tried calling but nobody ever answers. In closing The situation gets worse because you end up having to request an appointment once you arrive at the facility only for the staff to tell you there’s nothing available. Perry is the worst employee there. He claims to be a manager and he did not manage the problems correctly. His company forgot to schedule someone on Aug 25th, so I and 20 other people got our days screwed over by him. Perry refused to help, refuse to provide any assistance. Perry told me directly that sorry, you can donate or leave. If this was my fault I understand, but this was his fault, his company fault and he refuse to be of any help. Poor management skills, extremely poor customer by Perry.
