I did my first donation today and every single staff member I encounter was so kind and helpful. It helped with calming my nerves for sure. Everything was very clean even though they were super busy they were sanitizing everything in between people. Will be recommending this place to everyone

I’ve been a patient at the Biolife Stockton location since May. I return ever week to donate twice for the week and everytime I stop by the staff never fail to impress me. Sometimes when there are many donors and its a mad house, they all seem to handle the stress well and remain completely professional. They have always cared for their patients and it shows with compassion. I highly recommend this location to all who wish to contribute to the cause of donating plasma. Will continue to come in every week, just to chit chat with the staff and see how they are personally doing. Interesting enough, I may even apply to be part of the team someday. Great impressions all around.

From my first experience, to the many after, I’ve always been treated professionally and respectfully. It does get busy sometimes, but the staff go above and beyond to make sure that each experience is a pleasant one. Giving the gift of plasma is a good thing and the staff at the Stockton BioLife Plasma Center are wonderful to work with.

My complaint about this location is the managment is over booking more than the staff can handle. 2 of the 7 times I went I got out within 1 hour. (Which is good) The other 5 times I stayed longer than 2 hours. I have 1 donation to complete to finish the 8 donations and I probably won’t even go and miss out on $100 because that’s how bad it is. The process is You will stand in line a minuminn hour and a half , wait in the bed for another 30 minutes to get hooked up, 30 minutes for your plasma to finish, and another 15-20 minutes to get unhooked for you to be able to go home. The plasma hours listed are 9a.m.-7p.m. My appointment today was at 6:20 p.m. I didn’t get home until 9:10 p.m. not only did I walk out of the building in the night with an empty parking lot scared to even walk to my car. I also didn’t see any security guard outside. This company and managment are over working their employees. I feel so bad for the staff because they look over whelmed and stressed having to work up to 12 beds by themselves. My complaint is not towards the girls . They are wounderful and are doing their best under the circumstances.I don’t like to write reviews not my style but this needs to have some light shed on the situation and hopefully the managment who over books will slow on the times so the staff can work in a nice paced environment and the people that are donating are not waiting 2 plus hours for a 30 min plasma donation.

Beautiful Day
This is the best place to donate. Professional staff. They just don’t jab you they explain and are happy to answer all questions. The donation area is clean, chairs have charging portals. Since my 1st visit Erika has assisted me with information and advice on how to make a successful donation. She’s funny, informative and compassionate. Jennifer and Maria reassure me with their warm smiles when I feel discouraged because donating can be challenging. And Zeke is the big brother that gives you the male encouragement.

Great place to donate and make some cash for billsl! I like how you can set your own appointments time and or reschedule last minute. I’m going on 6 months and keeping up on my water intake eating healthy. Staff makes you feel comfortable and checks on you while donating I feel like I’m in good care here.

This is the first place I’ve gone to donate plasma at and it has been an easy and pleasant experience everytime. It is always very clean and everyone is always kind and helpful. The first time takes a little longer as they have to check and make sure you are eligible and set up your online account. After that it is always very quick and easy to make future appointments using the app.

There are too many wonderful people to name them all, but Zeke and Emily get a shoutout for always doing their jobs well and with a smile, even engaging in friendly conversation with a weirdo like me! The entire staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. I have not had a single bad experience in my time donating here, and it is nice to have smiling faces when returning to donate.
