The place is clean but the phlebotomist there are so rude and like to talk about other employees to donors that is so unprofessional and I went last time and I heard a donor ask for Melissa to do a stick and Maggie disconnected the donors machine in purpose how is that professional she is always picking on Melissa everytime I go and Eddie they both like to treat her bad Melissa is a very nice and always does her job but no one seems to recognize her she deserves better if nothing get solved I will report to corporate and HR cause it seems like there is favoritism with the lead and seniors

The wait time is ridiculous. I understand that new doners should go ahead of everyone that is waiting to be seated but if a client comes in after you and that person has to be seen by the medical staff for whatever reason they should not get a free pass to go in front of everyone else. They should wait their turn. Manager is informed that I was complaining so he comes to me to explain why they do that. I proceed to tell him that it didn’t matter I didn’t want to hear anything or discuss anything. He tells me to treat him with respect or that I could leave. I’m the manager so I can make you leave. I ignored him kept on with the donation. Note to the manager you trying to intimidate me into leaving is not the correct conduct of a manager. I can just imagine if that is how you treat your staff by intimidating them of loosing their job if they don’t do what you say. Don’t worry I won’t be going back not because you scare me. I just don’t like petty people like you treating me that way. You told me to give you respect. I give respect when respect is earned

This place is amazing, the staff us wonderful, they treat me with respect and they call me by my name i’m not just another donor. Sometimes they are a little busy but you can see how the employees try to get you in and out quickly and I like that. I do have to say that they are not perfect but compare to the competitor across the street they treat me like a king and appreciate that. If you guys are reading this keep up the good work. see you soon!

I’ve never donated plasma before so I was a little nervous, but WOW did the staff make me comfortable. From the pre-screening to everytime I donate now, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable and down right FUN to talk to and get to know. They have a great group of employees. I wish I could remember everyones names, but Alexus, Rick and Alex, just to name a few, are super cool, professional and fun individuals to be around. The staff seems to have a great comradery too. They all get along and it shows with every experience I have. The place is super clean they take your comfort seriously. I’ve witnessed multiple employees, even the ones that didn’t hook me up, check on me and other donors comfort and machines while walking around. I’ve never left the place without laughing with employees and smiling. Again, I’ve never donated anywhere else, but I whole-heartedly recommend this place.
