I was told that they are not taking male’s today witch would not be so bad except for the fact that they cannot tell me when the will, it felt like they just want to sit on their ass and not have to actually do work and I feel like that’s the reason the donation center won’t give me any information as to when they will be taking mail’s ( needs to be shut down if you ask me )

Tracy the telephone operator was very rude. She couldn’t answer my questions and said they were closing at 3:30 because their Advisors said they were closing already. Im more upset with Tracy then anything. Horrible customer service.
