Staff is always professional and overall friendly despite the stress they are under. Only downside are some individuals who bring folding chairs and use them as “placeholders” while they wait in their cars. They literally don’t even use their chairs. Doesn’t seem fair to those who actually wait in line for the location to open. Would love to see management make a rule regarding “false placeholders”

This location has very, very poor management in regards to staffing and center flow. It appears there is no one who gauges the number of customers and reacts to making adjustments. I must say, overall this company would do very well to re-evaluate management and their effectiveness. It appears that staff acts as though we owe them something versus the other way around. Yes, we are getting paid a few dollars…but they are profiting MILLIONS. Respect is due, but certainly is not given.

I never have any problems that the employees aren’t willing to help me with. Always friendly and attentive. The facility is always clean and in good condition. I definitely recommend to others hands down.

I see there’s a lot of duplicate reviews of this place on here. Sketchy. The truth is this is a good place to earn a little extra money if you’re short on cash. However, expect to be waiting for hours while the employees walk around and do nothing while talking with each other. Every time I’ve gone here, the waiting line for the med screenings has been at least 10 people deep, with only one person doing them. All the other employees just aimlessly wandering around the building and talking amongst themselves. And then, once you get back to donate, the people back there will continue talking instead of coming over and setting you up. Same thing for when you’re done donating. Instead of taking the IV out, they just stand in the back and avoid eye contact with anyone who is finished. Every time I’ve got here it has taken at least four hours to get in and out because all they want to do is sit around and do nothing.

Im here on a Saturday and there are literally 13 people in line with 1 Screener. Not to mention the new donor line has 3 people. Where is the value add for the donater? 40 or 60 considering what we supply for waiting in a line this long is proposperous. Please consider your donaters time a supply more screeners so as to not be inconsiderate of our time.

Matt, Penny, Dava did an amazing job! My left arm is usually always hard to stick and they were able to get it the first go! No pain and very smooth! Definitely would recommend!

not only are you likely to get robbed in the parking lot but the staff are super unprofessional and snarky to the most simplest questions after making you wait on hold for 30 mins with two people at the front desk just sitting their

I’ve donated plasma before in IL and even though this is in Madison, it actually is pretty nice, quick and easy. There isn’t a lot of people, so far no long lines and the staff is friendly and seem to know what they are doing. The deals are great, especially if you have a referral. The people who come in there to donate are also characters lol someone is always making people laugh or smile. Giving the staff and hard time, but all in good fun. The first time there, expect to be there for about 4 hours. Then second time, maybe 2 hours. And then after that, between 45mins and an hour. When you donate, it all goes on a prepaid card, that you don’t even have to bring with you. So you don’t have to worry about walking out with cash or a card. And as with most things in Madison, just be smart walking to and from your car. There are lots of people walking around in the parking lot but no one really bothers you. The clinic itself is clean and feels safe. Nice people donating and working there.
