I see too much down time for folks, not including the ones who are sticking or the ones that are screening, there are certain so called management that stand around and talk and watch things happen instead of helping set up or take down or stick,which I know the ones I’m referring to can stick because they have me. I’m not saying all the time but when you have a room full and a line waiting to get screened help out a few minutes,it’s not that hard. Josh is the only one I have seen do that,he will definitely help when it backs up. The reason of under staffed not gonna cut it,hire more help.

Went there and my age was a factor. I don’t care what age you are, I was discriminated against. I am in good shape and only take a vitamin. My time and gas was wasted. Wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Great place to donate! I love it!! I don’t do it for the money, I do it to help people in need. Plasma helps so many patients!!! While I’m there donating I get treated very politely and professional. Have not came across one single staff that is unprofessional l. Aaron is the coolest dude there!!! GO ARMY HOOAH

They gave my husband a hard time because his license were a paper copy and our lease was hand written on a proposal document (we have a private landlord) after being told it would be acceptable before arriving. Well we got through that part with someone else who was very helpful. Fast forward to him donating he finishes donating and they unhook him from the machine without clips and his blood went everywhere. Very unprofessional of the woman who worked here this evening. When I encountered you at the desk talking about my husband and his paper license to the woman in front of me in line and the same woman who “ran out of clips” when my husbands blood went everywhere. I advise everyone to go to a different location if possible.
