Became a first time donor today, and the process although lengthy was overall positive. As a first time donor you have to go through a lot of hoops to insure you are healthy and an acceptable donor. Through this process everyone I spoke to was positive, and polite and wanted to insecure I was okay through every step. I didn’t donate to the set amount they wanted as I began sweating, but they moved with speed and precision to quickly take care of me. Within minutes of my comment they had my feet propped, ice packs on me, and ended the donation process. These people honestly want to insecure you have a safe and pleasant time, and leave in a fit manner.

Instead of proceeding with taking someone’s finger print. And all of their identity. Maybe let the future donor know towards the beginning of the process. Oh we can’t take your address since its an rv park. You can just get up and go. As if they wouldn’t know my social security number or my picture. If that hadn’t not been the case. What upsets me is, even then my information will still be in the system. I’m 0 + by the way.

I’m not going to leave a bad review for the whole team but, Katrina shouldn’t be out in front of people with personal issues. A training refresher will help a lot how to deal with the public.

First-time and staff was friendly and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. Definitely recommend looking up tips and what you need beforehand to make process easier ans faster for everyone. Also hydration is key. Didn’t do the full 5 ⭐ bc wish they had child care center open or in use for those that child care is hard to find. Especially for the second appointments and so forth (apps that are just donation only)

Everytime I go there I can’t make it past the first two desk. Been trying to donate for a month now and haven’t been able to. It is crazy you need to do so much to try to help a person. Whatever tho.

I was going to be a first time donor. Notice how I said “was going to be”. I showed up on time and They wouldn’t let me donate because I didn’t have my physical SSN on me, even though in an email they said a picture will be of it will be fine. I had a picture of it and they told me that I could just run home and run back and it wouldn’t be an issue, I guess they lied because when I came back (I live 15 minutes away) the same person I talked to the first time wouldn’t let me donate because I was 15 minutes late. it also wasn’t busy in the slightest. Very poor experience. Very rude staff.

They judge me because I have a military tattoo of my unit I was with and said that wouldn’t be able to let me but when she saw it she rolled her eyes and was really rude because she hates her life and she got real hateful when I said csl doesn’t have a problem with my tattoos

The staff are RUDE and that’s a 0 star rating for me. I don’t care what’s going on. Don’t be rude.

Everybody was very professional nonsensical and got to the point my first session took me 2 1/2 hours and I was expecting 3 1/2. Nice clean building with good staff. Easy way to make about $80 an hour.
