Gia and Stephanie and all of the staff at BioLife is wonderful I have been donating here for a little over a year. They are always kind and remember my name. They work as fast as they can even when it’s crazy as heck in there. They could use a bit more staffing. But other than that they are wonderful and I encourage anyone who is looking for a little extra money in their pocket donating plasma is the best thing you can do it helps others while helping you with a little extra gas money!

I donate twice a week here and they do a great job. I prefer this location to the others in the area, even though the lines can get pretty long. But that’s common in all the Biolife locations, and they are very attentive here. Regina always takes great care of me and gets a great poke. She’s the best and I always request her!

I have been coming here since November of 2022. Everyone is always nice a very helpful. Jyoti in particular has drawn my blood a bunch of time’s and is always so sweet and very professional. The positive attitudes and great job everyone is doing really makes coming here to donate a pleasure.

Clean place with professional staff. However, plan on being here at least two to three hours per donation. They don’t have a lot of staff always to accommodate the loads of people standing in line both for vitals and donation.

I started donating at the Marconi center. My initial appointment took over 5 hours. Since then, the wait times and service had improved. However over the last few months the lines and wait times have doubled and it now is consistently taking 2 plus hours to complete a donation. The center advertised at the state fair, and they do not have the staffing to handle the new customers. I wait in line for an hour just to complete the bloodwork to see if I am eligible to donate that day, then the line for a chair backs up and it is another hour to get a chair and complete the donation. They need to get their staffing figured out to keep the lines moving.
