This particular biomat I really really like. Very professional and friendly environment. I also highly admire the dedication of the employees here and I can tell they love what they do. Very nice donation center, attentive and caring staff treated me very well as soon as I stepped inside. Those in particular who assisted me during my first donation were I believe his name was Juan- (everyone was calling him juanito), I was told to select Jerry on the floor due to high volume requests by Juan and Jerry did not disappoint and provided AMAZING & HILARIOUS customer service and Ruben was very helpful in explaining the payments and bonuses when I asked at the window I saw he had many bottles there, yet he still went out his way to help me with any questions I had. Will definitely come back if I could.
