This GRIFOLS has an EXCELLENT Staff in the Back the PHELMS are working multitasking… To the point my needle popped out and I bleed a little..I was treated with TLC..I understand Y’all are short staffed everyone looked Unhappy…BUT THAT FRONT DESK please get it together don’t have PATIENTS sitting there WONDERING wth is taking so long,!! I called today which is a Saturday since 8 am because I’m coming from Ec and had some questions no one ever picked up telephone I called about 12 times and it’s just ringing. I jump on bus get here and the nurse who is working the front desk dark brown hair and accent jokes with the other staff that she let the phone ring 69 times!!! She also stated let’s see if we can get more. I approached the desk and asked her is the ringer on she said yes I told her I think it’s very unprofessional for u to let the phone ring you are getting paid to answer the phone. I don’t think it’s fair because I’m on the bus I shouldn’t have to come all the way over here for simple questions that can be answered by staff over the phone. I will be following up with this. The messed up thing is she joked about it so the donors are a joke in her book. Some people should take donors serious.

Very professional and courteous staff/. I would like to personally , Thank, “Dan” , for assisting me and getting the donation money on my card. Very clean facility. As I am a new donor., I am redoing my review. thank each and everyone of you for taking the time to help save lives. Tim M . I wanted to donate plasma about 2 weeks ago. Not sure exactly what happened but, one of the technicians blew my vein .. she took the needle out and said to the other technician oh my god I’ve never seen nothing like this ever.. I’m thinking to myself , this cannot be good.. they called it an embolism. Simply went to the back came back put an ice pack, and wrapped it around my arm on with the dressing and tape, and then announced to me that is going to hurt very bad for a while.. I filed a complaint that day was one of the managers by the name of Mike…. I go back to donate a couple weeks later, now they’re telling me that my last blood sample , that my protein level was very low, but yet they still let me donate plasma… The last time I filed a complaint before that, for unprofessionalism, I was so correct about my complaint they gave me what’s called an inconvenience fee of $20… Come back to donate again, they tell me I have a two-week deferral, due to my temperature being 1° too high.. this facility is nothing but blood harvesting.. I learned all of plasma goes to Big pharma. In order to make other medications … I understand they now get $2,000 or more for each bottle of plasma.. and give us donors a, $40.00 fee .. then you have to make sure you come back the same, week, if you want to make $75 on the second donation.. throughout a few months I have found out the entire staff is crooked.. this is referring to the staff up front.. I don’t even have anything good to say about Dan or Mike, anymore .. as Mike tells me they did away with the inconvenience fee.. how convenient for them.. just the fact that there was such thing as any inconvenience Fee. Most of the technicians, they’re either good or, terrible., After they harpooned me and gave me an so-called embolism., My whole forearm was nothing but a big bruise.. still not sure what they did to me .. all I can say is go there at your own risk…. After all I would not recommend this facility..

Been waiting for overly 2 hours in front .They only have 2 people working in the back to stick people. When asked if they were hiring or needing people, the front desk responded that she has no clue of what’s going on with management. Don’t waste your time here. You’ll be waiting for 4 hours until they call your name to go to the back. Horrible management if you ask me. Didn’t even want to give a 1 star that’s how bad this experience was.

Terrible I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there very unprofessional and ghetto nurses in the back they made me feel very uncomfortable stuck me with the needle wrong I got up ready to leave very ratchet place take your time and go somewhere else
