Came in for regular donation. During this another donor experienced a reaction during their platelet/plasma donation. Staff were awesome in responding quickly and assisting the donor. While a bit scary its good to know donors are in good hands.

Every time I come here or in one of their off-site donation busses, I am always greeted by amazingly nice and joyful people. The experience is always comfortable and they make sure your happy. They are patient and take their time to ensure your health and safety while donating. My veins are troublesome due to their small size. They were always kind when trying to find them. They play music, they have friendly atmosphere, they have comfortable chairs, and amazing conversations. They have refrigerated drinks and tons of snacks for after the donation. They don’t rush you at all. Donation is a delight here. I wish I could donate more often!

I made a joke about getting rid of AIDS to the lady getting ready to take MY BLOOD and she flipped out and told me that I couldn’t donate anymore. After I told her that it was a joke she held strong that a joke ends your donation. They lost a lifelong donor because the person taking my blood was a Nazi. Bottom line. I was truly blown away. She did not appreciate me or my donation. Not sure who these people think they are driving thier buses around acting like fools.
